If you have to have McD's, it's worth it to drive a couple of miles north to the other Logan location. The one on S. Hwy 89 has a slower drive-thru, less pleasant drive-thru personnel, and messed up my order.
It amazes me how often this McDonald's messes up my order. I don't think it can be fixed.
Just a quick update nothing much has changed since this original review.
Update 9/30/2024 - I've transitioned to using the mobile app and since that change service has been impeccable!

Place was clean.
Wheelchair accessibility: Did not notice a wheelchair accessible door, but there are several disabled parking and a way to get onto the walkway.
