Overall, it was pretty mid. It was fun to have ramen with all the add-ins but it really wasn’t that fantastic. The tonkotsu broth didn’t seem like a true tonkotsu to me, and my husband’s meat was pretty bland. Better than no ramen, but I’ve definitely had better.
There was a bug in my little sisters ramen. And the lychee jasmine green tea literally tastes like old lady perfume. The galaxy tea looks literally nothing like their photo. No sparkles or anything. We got 3 ramens and 3 drinks and it was $65 And the “mild” spicy ramen is still super spicy. Not mild more like a medium. The chicken was pretty tough. And the brisket was extremely chewy and mostly chunks of fat. The soft boiled eggs are always really cold as if they had them...
Fantastic! So glad Logan finally has authentic Asian food! Highly recommend to everyone! Workers are very polite and friendly, service is super fast, establishment is very clean and fun. Food is sooooooo good?
