I ordered the gluten-friendly Texas Patriot pancakes and they were incredible. The pancakes themselves had a citrusy taste, which was amazing! I’m used to gluten-free pancakes always tasting the same, so the citrus flavor was a nice surprise that worked really well. They were fluffy. I got a half Texas Patriot here and service was quite quick, enjoyed the food, blueberries could have been better but I also understand there's only so much you can do when they're not in season. I also got here when they were making the syrup which made it nice and warm.
My favorite thing here is the lemon poppyseed pancake stack (honestly the kid stack is big enough for me!) I also usually add strawberries and sausage, and with that it's the perfect mix of sweet and savory. It sometimes takes a minute to get your food, but it's a fun atmosphere. We like to sit on the couches up the stairs!
