This used to be my favorite starbucks in Logan but in the recent months the staff isn't as friendly as they once were and they constantly get my drinks wrong. The other thing is that you can't sit outside because it smells awful by the seating area.

I spilled a large latte -- it got all over seats, tables, the wall, and floor. I informed Gavin what happened, and without hesitation gave me another coffee, cleaned the entire thing up, sparked small talk, and made me feel good after doing something I was upset about. Great staff over at this location.

Came in - slow at the time - all three crew members were busy still. I started asking for my order and everybody immediately took off on my order without waiting for it. I hadn't even paid by the time they were finished.
