My feelings are the same as others. Went in for breakfast. And it is kiosk order only. They have a sign up, on the front register. And I stood there, trying to get service for a good 10 minutes. They just looked at me and kept making food. I called back to them three times and was ignored. Finally, a woman sent up another employee. I told her I couldn’t figure out the breakfast order thing on the kiosk. She asked if I wanted her to help me. NO! In the time it takes her to show me, she could have already taken my order! I realize businesses are trying to push us everywhere to do our own checking out. So they can save millions of dollars by nt paying employees. All in an effort to give shareholders a few more cents a share per quarter. In the meantime, we as the customers suffer p, service wise.I tried to figure out how to order a breakfast combo for a good five minutes and gave up. Once she took my order, I asked for coffee. She told me their coffee machine was broken. Fine and dandy. But they said the same thing clear last fall! If you aren’t gonna ever get coffee back on your menu, STOP ADVERTISING IT FOR BREAKFAST!As consumers, we need to start standing up to diminished and nonexistent service, lack of selection and major food increases across the board. All so the companies can increase their profit margins to record numbers. Again and again, like McDonalds charging $3 for a gas brown! I won’t be back to this location for a good long while, even though I live by it, I will go elsewhere. Maybe if I come back in a few years, things will have changed. Otherwise, I will write this place off the top list. Just like Magna KFC. Not gonna except subpar experience and food any longer.

Service on branch is terrible they alway get my order wrong and charge me more like if is my fault they get the order wrong also when you ask them to help you with your wrong order they scream at you! Definitely the worst experience ever

Ordered two burrito supremes and two taco supremes going throuth the drive. Got home and only found the burritos and no tacos.

Don't use the app to order at this restaurant. They will receive your order and not make it, and then then you will leave empty-handed and have to call corporate to try to get a refund since, "There's nothing they can do." The manager, Jenn, didn't want to talk to us. She requested we roll our window up while we were at the drive-through, which is disrespectful. Treated us like we were less because I was asking how to navigate requesting a refund through the app as ordering ahead of time has never been a problem before. Jenn's response, "Leave, you're holding up the line" where I would have came and gone if they prepared my order at 10:30 when I ordered it instead of arriving at 11:10 and trying to get a refund for 20 minutes which never happened! $20 gone and I had people yell at me. Yay.Parking: Only a few spots to park right next to a busy driveway.

App don't ever seem to work there website same thing as there worthless waste of time breath energy so after speaking to the employee @ the magna utah location they said try the app down loaded it nope still won't work told try website again nope can't check out on that either so I go inside the store and show the employee whats going on and he said yeah nothing I can or would do to help you out with that but you can do the kiosk to order or drive through and I reply well 2 of 3 items I was trying to order are online only deals so I asked for there manager she said same as the first employee so we just said f it and went next store to arby's spent twice as much money but so sooooo worth it because they work online or in person so that was and will be the last time a waste any time or breath to spend my hard earned money again @ taco bell!!! !!! !!! !!!!

Standing in front of a cash register they force you to walk over and use computer screen that does not jive with menu board. Computer screen is overcomplated and confusing and doesn't have a water option. Stupidity at it finest, and laziness at it greatest. Will not be back ever to Taco Bell. And quality of the food wasn't that great either, I had mushy, half cold burritos that didn't make up the poor ordering process. I was reminded why I rarely eat fast food, overpriced, garbage that a cow wouldn't want to eat either. Sorry.
