My feelings are the same as others. Went in for breakfast. And it is kiosk order only. They have a sign up, on the front register. And I stood there, trying to get service for a good 10 minutes. They just looked at me and kept making food. I called back to them three times and was ignored. Finally, a woman sent up another employee. Don't use the app to order at this restaurant. They will receive your order and not make it, and then then you will leave empty-handed and have to call corporate to try to get a refund since, "There's nothing they can do." The manager, Jenn, didn't want to talk to us. She requested we roll our window up while we were at the drive-through, which is disrespectful. Standing in front of a cash register they force you to walk over and use computer screen that does not jive with menu board. Computer screen is overcomplated and confusing and doesn't have a water option. Stupidity at it finest, and laziness at it greatest. Will not be back ever to Taco Bell. And quality of the food wasn't that great either, I had mushy, half cold burritos that didn't make up the poor ordering process.
