“Very good food, best Mexican restaurant I can find in Salt Lake County. The salsa isn't great but literally EVERYTHING else is amazing, including the prices and cocktails

Parking: Parking is in the rear mostly but there's a few spots out front“

“We ordered the Pina loco. It was really fresh, and it looked amazing this time. The only issue was that to transport it, they could only put a bag around it. There was not even a box to sit it on in the car. It was messy to remove the bag, and some of the fruit was smashed as a result. But the rest of it was enjoyed by the person it was given to!“

“I love the food here, it's my not so secret addiction. My favorite is the fire grilled chicken burrito. They also have this new crack called Elotes. Don't skip on them. Service at this Cafe Rio is pretty slow compared to others, but the food is just as delicious.

“The food here is some of the best within their menu format. When considering how many direct competitors there are; all of them are great at a few things. This restaurant, however, is the exception; everything they cook & prepare makes my tastebuds bounce to the sweet symphony of flavor. Carne which is perfectly seasoned, and also cooked to perfection. Not too tender, not overdone— heck, why take my word for it? Head down there and find out for yourself! In fact, writing this review has left me very hungry. So, what do you say? “Went, and there is a sign that said use kiosk to place order. I have never seen this and am not to kin on it. What happened to customer service? Friend and I took forever, figuring it out. Was not offered any help because no one was at the counter to assist or even a bell. So I guess we will not be going there for a while. Drive through is better.“

“I was not expecting to find such a gem in West Valley! The atmosphere is more upscale with fun drinks and a great menu. If you go I recommend the Tacos De Birria Con Consome, Huaraches, or the Specialty Fries.“

“Your sweet pork portions are terrible. This is not a remark about your employees. They measured my sweet pork portion on a scale, and it was abysmal. Even though I asked for extra. I’ve been going to Costa Vida for years, and I am extremely disappointed in this change.“
