It is what I expect from a fast casual Mexican joint. However, there were two standouts: one positive, and one negative.

The positive: I have been shacked up in a land called New Mexico, where you can even order ice cream Christmas style. The Cafe Rio red chile is surprisingly delicious, even when compared to New Mexico Hatch red chile.

The negative: My LORD was the burrito stuffed with rice and not much else! If I had ordered a rice burrito, then I'd give Cafe Rio 5 stars.“
