Their new handheld burrito is delicious! Needs a little more fries inside and I recommend extra fry sauce. 😋

From specifically this location, I got the burrito with grilled chicken.
It is what I expect from a fast casual Mexican joint. However, there were two standouts: one positive, and one negative.

I haven't followed Cafe Rio corporation to know if/what has changed, but over the past year the menu has changed and they no longer offer rice & beans as part of the meal. Some menu items have been discontinued with emphasis on their bowls. Portions seem smaller while prices seem higher, and what once made them special seems to now be gone.
