Went to Wendy's with my grand daughter today. Jordan took are order and had us laughing so hard, he has the best attitude there, you can tell he likes his job. He makes it so you want to go back. The car behind us was even laughing. It made it an enjoyable trip. I hope Jordan stays there he goes above and beyond treats you with respect. Thank you Jordan!
This Wendy's has had many employee changes and I have witnessed how that has impacted my experience each time. Tonight it was late and my kids wanted Wendy's! I was kindly greeted at the drive thru by young girl and ask to please wait a few mins (two cars ahead of me) Not too long of a wait then I was asked my order it was all correct the first time. Best part... On the speaker and at the window, Veronica was so respectful, polite, and friendly. Great customer service...
Last time I went to this location, I had placed a mobile order and they gave me the wrong food. The Wendy's app has '4 4 4' deal they had a available awhile back, but the stores don't sell it anymore, it's only available in the deals section of the app, and it's my go to when my kids are whining and I am on a budget, was the case on this visit. The kid on headset was rather rude, to begin with, but even more so when I went back to have them correct...
