Online says restaurants open at 4 pm, when I got their sign says Bar opens at 4 the restaurant at 5, they should update that online so don't waste people's time

This is a large bar/restaurant. It's the only thing around so you should not expect the ritz. The food was good and the service was decent. It's just over the state line from Utah in Wyoming.

There's just not much of a selection in Manila, Utah/Wyoming. This little Sinclair gas station slash restaurant slash bar is right near the entrance to Flaming Gorge. The little store has an assortment of fishing gear and souvenirs and drinks and chips and whatnot. The restaurant (check hours because they vary) is pretty decent for the area (not much to choose from) but wow they're expensive for what you get! Everything is about 19 bucks a plate, even macaroni and cheese. The food isn't bad, but nothing to write home about. If you're hungry this is a go-to place, but don't expect a 5-star experience. The customer service is really good - wait staff are friendly and helpful. There are two other restaurants in the area that are also par... but that's about it. Make sure you check the hours of any business in Manila because many of them are family-owned and seasonal.

Sat down and ordered drinks (after having to wait for a bit even though the place was empty). After paying, we started looking around the place and, well, noticed that the decor is pretty overtly racist (see pictures) with a noose and sign that literally says "no hablo fucktardo". Definitely won't be coming back here. If you're a POC, beware.

Great place to get some food & a drink. Workers are nice and the locals are nice as well.
I don't know if they still serve it, but some years back I got a ribeye here that was the best ribeye I have ever had.I had just crashed my motorcycle due to a truck pulling out in front of me on the 44 and immediately slamming on his brakes to look at mountain goats. It was everything I could do to not send it off the road into the gully and avoid colliding with the truck (don't worry, he fled the scene as soon as we tried to approach him).With my forearms wrapped up in makeshift bandages it sure was nice to get fantastic service and great food.Even gave the cooks a hug.

First night the food was a little slow. Server was doing shots with customers. Green chili really packs flavor. Second night food was good and server was more professional even though they don't serve a steak on the bar menu. Even steak fingers would have been nice or just one cut of steak. The second night made up for the first.
