There's just not much of a selection in Manila, Utah/Wyoming. This little Sinclair gas station slash restaurant slash bar is right near the entrance to Flaming Gorge. The little store has an assortment of fishing gear and souvenirs and drinks and chips and whatnot. The restaurant (check hours because they vary) is pretty decent for the area (not much to choose from) but wow they're expensive for what you get! I don't know if they still serve it, but some years back I got a ribeye here that was the best ribeye I have ever had.I had just crashed my motorcycle due to a truck pulling out in front of me on the 44 and immediately slamming on his brakes to look at mountain goats. This is a large bar/restaurant. It's the only thing around so you should not expect the ritz. The food was good and the service was decent. It's just over the state line from Utah in Wyoming.
