Very authentic, delicious, true to Mexico Mexican food. Fast casual style. Bit of a hole. Service is not amazing but the people are nice. Some don’t speak english. But I’ve never been and not seen a lot of people there. There is a reason that we all keep going back. Really good, simple Mexican food.

I don’t recommend the enchiladas. Not flavorful, not nearly enough sauce, and no melted cheese. Served with cotija instead. Carnitas burrito was solid, probably a four. The salsa bar was good - great variety of salsas and other condiments.

Delicious and authentic! Mi Lindo Guadalajara offers flavorful Mexican dishes with generous portions. The service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend the carne asada and their homemade salsa. Will definitely return!
