Don’t go here if you only have a few minutes to grab a quick soda. There were 2 cars in front of us when we jumped in the drive through. By the time we got our drinks it was over 25 minutes. I’m assuming the owner was the one that took our order and helped us at the window and she was really nice but having to wait that long especially with only 2 cars in the drive through is not worth it.

me and my friend went through the drive thru tonight and got some drinks. they were made so yummy! hannah and haley are such kind, positive workers. they had a group of immature girls be really rude to them and harass them in front of us. they handled it very well and maturely, i wouldn’t have handled it as well as they did. they need a raise for their patience.

I stopped in here one morning just before I had a work meeting at 9:30 am and it took 10 minutes for them to even take my order then another 15 mins to get to the window to pay and get my order. It was surprising and disappointing how long I had to wait in the drive through lane to get a couple of drinks. Maybe there wasn’t enough staff but the long unexpected wait time made me late. I hope this location does a better job with speedier service and/or staffing more people in the future! I don’t recommend stopping here until they do.

I paid almost $6 for a 32 oz drink and the employee didn’t make it correctly. I ordered the drink “For the Bros” and it had way too much grapefruit flavoring and no cream in it. This is the only Fiiz location that has bombed my drink. Not sure I’ll return to this location.

If I could leave no stars I would. This location started to go downhill last year had too many bad experiences with employees and order accuracy. I haven’t been back in awhile the last 2 weeks I’ve placed orders online they are always wrong and the employees are extremely rude. They have no customer service skills. When I have been at the store they are not busy so that is not an excuse they can use at this location. I do not recommend going here do not waste your time go to sugar rush where you are wanted

I tried hard I really did I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but today after the fourth time of ordering the same drink they made it wrong again. They continually leave things out of it today I very specifically told them to make sure the raspberry purée was in it as well as the cream. She said sure. And sure enough neither things were in my drink. I know for sure they aren’t because I get the crafted waters and it is OBVIOUS when items are missing from water. Basically I have coconut water. Won’t be back. Doesn’t even deserve one star.

I used to work at a Fiiz location so I know the differences between drinks and flavors. I just came through here and ordered a drink with Red Raspberry syrup (different from normal Raspberry). I got Raspberry, which changed the taste of my drink. I'm not too upset, but I expect to get what I actually ordered. The girl at the window was also very quiet, and I couldn't hear her, but that's a minor complaint. 4 stars because everything else was great.
