I stopped in here one morning just before I had a work meeting at 9:30 am and it took 10 minutes for them to even take my order then another 15 mins to get to the window to pay and get my order. It was surprising and disappointing how long I had to wait in the drive through lane to get a couple of drinks. Maybe there wasn’t enough staff but the long unexpected wait time made me late. I paid almost $6 for a 32 oz drink and the employee didn’t make it correctly. I ordered the drink “For the Bros” and it had way too much grapefruit flavoring and no cream in it. This is the only Fiiz location that has bombed my drink. Not sure I’ll return to this location.

me and my friend went through the drive thru tonight and got some drinks. they were made so yummy! hannah and haley are such kind, positive workers. they had a group of immature girls be really rude to them and harass them in front of us. they handled it very well and maturely, i wouldn’t have handled it as well as they did. they need a raise for their patience.
