“Welcome TROPICAL SMOOTHIE CAFE! I moved to the (somewhat nearby) area this past summer and my detox island green was the SINGLE MOST restaurant item I missed here. I found this restaurant just north of Petco when I made a wrong turn. My favorite anytime of day is the All American Wrap (egg, bacon, & cheese) and a detox island green with coconut subbed for the mango. The detox island green has the lowest carb count and is the PERFECT way to get your greens and love it! Welcome to the neighborhood!“

“The people at the Greenwood store treated us so well! Lastnight I ordered four drinks and they were flat the drinks had sprite in them and the carbonation was out! I called and they were so nice I went to replace the drinks today and they gave us bigger ones and got us in and out fast! Customer service was great! I recommend this place 100 percent! “I have a bit of a complicated order, and the staff almost always gets it right. They never make me feel bad about my modifications, and sometimes they even recognize me and ask if I want my usual, which I really appreciate.

Recently, I took a sip of my drink and immediately knew something was off. Normally I would’ve just shrugged it off and gone about my day, but it was noticeably wrong and I was already having a tough day. I went inside and asked if they could remake it, fully expecting I might need to just buy another one to get it right.

Not only did they remake it without charging me, but they remembered me the next day and surprised me by covering my order. That level of care and attention really stood out.

Having worked in customer service for years, I especially appreciate experiences like this. The Roy Scooter’s team truly impressed me. 10/10 recommend!“

“Normally the employees at scooters are wonderful but the two girls working there today August 18th at 430 were absolutely the most unfriendly people I’ve ever encountered there! I ordered ahead and and had to wait because they had not even started to make my drink. There was no one else there and you would think they would have time to make one drink in 5 minutes! Those two girls couldn’t smile if they had to!“

“Stopped by the Roy, UT Twisted Sugar location yesterday to get my kids and I a yummy drink treat since it was a no-school-monday. The girls working were so friendly and sweet and gave great customer service! Our drinks were delicious! I got my go-to which is the Huckle Star and my kids both got the Frozen Hot Chocolate which is their fave! We were really glad we came here! Some feedback for the owner, we love to tip our food service workers and are used to doing so on our card transaction but for some reason that isn't available at your location. Please consider adding that feature, so that your customers can show their appreciation to your awesome staff members! A lot of people don't carry cash on them nowadays, but we still want to be able to show a little extra love monetarily to a great customer service worker!“

“I stopped by this Jamba on a warm afternoon and it was exactly what I was hoping for. The store was clean, bright, and had that fresh fruit aroma you notice as soon as you walk through the door. The staff greeted customers with a smile, and even though there were a few people ahead of me, the line moved quickly and everything felt organized.
What I enjoy about this location is that the smoothies actually taste fresh and consistently made. Mine came out cold, thick, and blended perfectly. The seating area was comfortable, and with the large windows letting in natural light, it felt like a nice place to sit for a few minutes rather than just grab a drink and leave. It's a small detail, but those things make a difference.
There are plenty of places to grab a quick drink, but this location felt welcoming and well run. If you're looking for a refreshing smoothie, this is a solid stop that makes it easy to slow down and enjoy a few minutes of your day“

“This is genuinely one of my favorite places I frequent. Everyone offers a warm and welcoming space and provides genuine connection. I have made some of the coolest friends here!! Take your time to go out and meet these guys, they will make your day better!!! (and the coffee absolutely rocks, especially for the price and sizes they give you!)“

“The drink I got is normally really good. It's the one I normally get. Berry bad doctor. This time though, the raspberry puree wasn't mixed in and was just at the bottom of the cup in a puddle of thick sludge. The cream wasn't there, and the coconut was added so much it overwhelmed even the puree. Couldn't taste anything but coconut. It was disgusting and it was a waste of money. But the other drink my brother got was really good he said. It was a Samoan frozen hot chocolate. I will consider it an issue of timing as we did order when they opened to get drinks for work, but as an ex service worker I know that mornings are typically a bad time to make orders as your setting everything up still. So I'll still be ordering here in the future.

“I really wouldn’t consider myself a drink person, but I think twisted sugar is a fair step above the competition that it makes it worth it. They offer Dr Pepper zero, which is pretty uncommon at most places, and they get my order right pretty much every time. The chocolate chip cookie is really good, mainly because it hits that perfect balance of cookie dough-ish. Love this place.“
