“Everything about this restaurant was awesome, except the waitress. I get having to work extra hard for tips but make sure the wife is happy. Whenever my husband would ask for anything, she was blazing fast and so attentive to him, my drink was empty and I'm not kidding every time she came to the table she did not offer to fill it. And finally asked her to fill it for me. She took my glass and went but then never returned. She took two table orders near us and still nothing. My husband ran out of his drink and (you can't make this stuff up) she filled it for him, so I ended up drinking his drink. Annoying!! We will come back but will not sit in her area. What a shame too because we are extremely good tippers (wives tip too)! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was cute.“

“Enjoyed the dinner. It was a very late dinner so the restaurant was quite.
Our waitress was nice, but didnt talk much and was unfortunately pretty slow. Never got a refill, and had to wait so long for things that people at the table were commenting about it by the end of the night. It didn't ruin our night but it was definitely noticeable.“

“Three toddlers in the car after a morning of shopping (herding cats more like) and we were ALL frazzled. I ordered more nuggets than required, a hefty amount of fries and some root beer and apple juice. The result was quiet chewing and blissful silence from the back seat!!! Every. Single. Cutie. Was. We've been back and we're not disappointed. We celebrated Mom's birthday with her favorite place for burgers! Not only are their burgers the best, but their fries and onion strings were SO GOOD! We also shared a delicious candy cane ice cream shake! Wonderful! We'll be back!“

“I've heard about this place from other reviewers and so took the opportunity to try it out. We used the drive through so I can't speak to the setting inside. There wasn't a long wait and we got our food pretty quickly. We took the food home before we ate it but it stayed warm for the 5-10 minute trip. I ordered the 4 person family meal choosing Kalia Pork and the Hawaiian BBQ chicken. It also came with rice and macaroni salad. The rice was sticky which I like. The pork may have been a little on the fatty side but that's just how Kailua pork is, though one of the kids picked some of the fat out. The BBQ chicken was especially good. It made me wonder how they make it so flavorful and tender so I can make it on the grill sometime. I'll have to look into that more. Hmmm... The macaroni salad was pretty heavy on the mayonnaise but that's pretty typical for Hawaiian macaroni salad too in my experience. The whole family enjoyed the dinner and even though it said it was for a family of 4, we ended up with enough left over for lunch the next day. We'd definitely not hesitate to go back, though we didn't have a burning desire to make it a regular place to eat.“

“Freddie really came through for us yesterday. We arrived a little early for our order and found him working quickly AND ALONE to serve everyone. Having been in that position before working fast food, I felt for him. He was super cool, very apologetic, promised he'd have our order up as fast as he could and was a perfect profession in spite of the circumstances. Freddie should get a raise and a promotion in my humble opinion. 100% satisfied.“

“I came in for lunch with my four young kids. I was very impressed with the service. When my order was ready they gave me extra paper boats as well as extra gummies to ensure all my kids were happy and taken care of. I appreciated their attention to detail and how they anticipated my needs without me having to ask. The manager also brought the kids stickers when we were finishing up our meal and asked if we needed anything else. Very impressed!“

“I haven't been to Noodles for awhile. I received a gift card so I went today. They changed the menu from penne to rigatoni rosa. I prefer the penne. Tara was so gracious making sure I had the right sauce and came to my table to be sure everything was okay. I was impressed with the service!“

“We recently went through this drive thru and arrived at our house and found we didn’t have our chicken wrap. We went back feeling frustrated and we were greeted by Matt at the cashier. He did an amazing job at getting our chicken wrap quickly, refilled our drinks, and threw in a chicken sandwich. Matt is the reason for our 5 star review! He handled it very professionally. We went in frustrated and left happy. :)“

“Melany in Riverdale was amazing! So patient while we took forever to order. Was very helpful. Came out to our table to ask how everything was and our opinion on the sauces and took our picture for us. The tempura green beans are delicious! Didn't love the chicken pieces, too crunchy but the burgers are great. Not much variety for drinks. Clean seating area and I love places that have outdoor seating, even tho we ate inside.“
