This place is awful. I've come here at least 4 times hoping the staff get better but it never does. Every time I do a pickup order, I wait til the time it says ready, notify the staff, and then wait until I have to get their attention again. Then they gab the bag thats been sitting ready since the first time I told them im waiting for a pickup. No matter if they ask you why you're there or if you tell them, they'll just plain ignore you and you'll think they're doing something. This last interaction because the EMPLOYEE asked me and then did nothing. I assumed he was waiting on something out passed it along but he didn't.

Keep seeing this fish sandwich commercial and thought it would be nice to walk over to Arby's. Just read all the bad reviews and think the owner could at least try to address the issues. Thanks for keeping it real and saving me the time and money. Won't be going to that Arby's. Just close already!
Out of fish. Unenthusiastic service to say the least. I guess one shouldn't expect too much but they could try a little harder.

After I paid was asked to pull forward because you were dropping fresh fries. I start eating my fries before I even get out of the parking lot. They were hard and cold. The sandwich was cold and the edges were hard and dry and literally falling off the sandwich. You either need to fix things are close. I will not be back.

The guy who was running arbys on this Saturday night all by himself self is wonderful, if I was him I would just walk out being left to do everything. Good on him. You guys shouldn’t be letting this happen

Couldn't even get service. No one inside, no one in drive thru. Pull up and he asks us to wait a moment. 10 minutes later no response, we said hello, no answer, drove around he's standing at the counter just staring at the menu helping no one. If you didn't even want to serve us then say so.

Horrible! A couple Sundays ago we ordered online and upon arrival, there was one employee who only spoke Spanish and couldn't open the register. There were multiple people who were turned away and many others who never got their order. Apparently the store manager quit without notice. We contacted the district manager who sent us 2 complimentary sandwich cards, so I thought we were done with the drama. I thought wrong. I went in today to redeem them only to be told by a very snotty male employee (didn't catch the name) that they couldn't take both in one visit. Nowhere on the cards does it say that and besides, I was attempting to redeem them for two sandwiches I never got the last time I was there! I called the district manager again who apologized and said the employee was wrong and that he corrected them. I ended up going to another location and got my food without issue. This particular location is a joke and the management needs to do better in training and filling in when necessary. Crazy!
