Wifi doesn't work!!! Would not recommend this location.

My Frozen Mr B's is great as normal, but I had a digital coupon for free donut holes. So I reached in the bag to get one of the donut holes it was a ball of warm mush. I tried to pick it mushed apart, so I stuck a portion of it in my mouth to taste it. It was so slimy, tasted like a burnt over sweet mushy yucky mess. Your company should forget donuts and stick to coffee.

I love the coffee here. Today, Jan 11, however they didn't open at the correct time. Drive thru was closed at 5:42 am. They definitely open at 5:30 on Saturdays.

This is the second time I've come to this location and the coffee tastes like it was pre-made and sat around too long and became burnt or it's old coffee that was heated up. I usually love beans and brews but this has been a disappointment lately. It tastes pretty bad.

my coffee is a special order with whip cream on the bottom. the barista is always spot on with that & the 3 shots to go! Delicious!!

They made my drink completely wrong and we're short and rude while ordering. I regret tipping before I got my drink and I'll be going to Starbucks from now on

This is the most exquisite coffee morning dining experience I regularly attend (Coffee College Cum Laude); the service I receive here has been nothing less than exemplary. One time, as I was taking care of business in The Beans & Brews Coffeehouse Toilet, I happened to fall in! I gasped and let out a shrill cry for help. The manager Benjamin Tschetter rushed to my aid and kicked down the stall door and performed a deft maneuver to evacuate me from the toilets depths. As I stand astonished and bereft at his skill he pulled out a coffee and a card machine from behind his back and sold me a large coffee on the spot. Wow! I will be coming back to this location frequently (and avoiding the toilet!).

This company is a GO TO for me when I'm in town.My love with this coffee shop began on 900Sout & 500 East when I met Ralph.He was the inspiration for his boys to take it and run with it.GREAT JOB BOYS for gett the FRANCHISES out there.

Beans and brews has been my go to for many years. I've been so several locations based on my work/home location at the time. This one is my Favorite out of all of them because I love the staff. They always make me smile and put me in a great mood when i'm putting a good start to my day with a B&B Coffee. BEST STAFF EVER.
