Beans & Brews Coffeehouse

The wifi is really, really bad. The people are awesome, the food and coffee are great, but I need a coffee shop where I can reliably get some work done, hop on a zoom meeting, etc. This is not the place. I’ve tried a few times and keep thinking if I find a better place to sit, but nope.

My friends and I meet at beans and brew at least once a week. The one 12300 south, the one on 11400 south and the one near American First Expo. I’m tired of the drinks that are not even hot when ordered extra hot. The baristas say our machines are getting old and that’s the best we can do. I’m tired of the filth at 2 of the 3 places. Time to find a new coffee place.

Egg bacon croissant sandwich is tiny for $6.50. Staff is disorganized. They only prioritize the people in the drive through. If you have a pickup order they don’t start making it until you get there. Expect to wait. Lots of staff but no flow.

I love B&B, ut the last 2 times coming here, I was very disappointed. I spent $9 on a specialty dri k but got a latte. Today my drink wasn't even stirred. All the flavor & syrup was the bottom. Top was tasteless. Really screwed up my blood sugars. I'm a type 1 diabetic. NOT very happy, at all.

Bought 2 large sparkling energy drinks. Both flavors were extremely bitter from not adding enough syrup. Facility also ran out of energy shots.

Julia was so nice to us at this location. She was very helpful. Even though our order was wrong the first time she was swift to fix it and was so nice about it. She deserves all the praise! Absolute Queen!
