This is the FIFTH time that I've ordered delivery and received no straws.

I am repeatedly disappointed with this location. I feel like they all need to go back to "coffee school" and learn how to make the drinks. I also think they have the worst customer service of any location I have been to. They don't smile and they are not friendly but more important they don't make the drinks how I order them. I was given a credit on my app yesterday when I reported my drink was not right and then this morning I used the credit to try again and today's drink was worse than yesterdays. I wish management would get this location figured out.

My bank account reads several dollars more than what I was told at the window, I suspect their card reader doesn't adequately register which tip button is being pressed so be wary of this.

Terrible service, after asking for my order multiple times they still ignored it and didn’t serve us the food. While servicing other customers.After asking many time they finally decided to make it. They kept saying they were going to before but didn’t do anything.Not sure if it’s because we were the only non white people at the store or why we kept getting ignored and just not being served.Love beans & brews but not sure if I need to dye my skin now in order to be served…
