Don’t usually try new spots much anymore but we went to Bohemian Brewery for lunch. Pretty good time. My wife had a steak salad said it was good. I had pirogues and brats hit the spot. She tried a cocktail but said it was just okay but that’s alright. Our waitress Stefanie was real sweet offered to make up for drink with a complimentary coffee. Didn’t mind us moving tables halfway either cause it was a bit loud in there for us. Still nice lunch. Will be back. Maybe I’ll try a beer next round. We heard Tuesday are the day for that.

I heard about this place from a friend and decided to try it. I had the bratwurst sandwich and was expecting something much less than what I received. It was the PERFECT bratwurst sandwich and it came with more fries than I could eat in several meals. The staff was wonderful. I'll definitely be back.
We had Sorcha as our server for brunch and, my heavens. Perfect service. I know she had a full service and we asked for nothing. Just an above and beyond server.

Loved the Bohemian Brewery, I don’t know why it took us so long to try this restaurant. My husband ordered the pork schnitzel breakfast, our friend got pierogies and bratwurst, and I got the grilled veggies sandwich with garlic fries. All the food was delicious. We ordered mimosa, bohemian Weiss, Czech Pilsener, and Oktoberfest marzenbier. The drinks were all good and are server Carson was amazing. We will be back to try a beer sampler as well as other food. Highly recommend this restaurant. Being part Czech it is nice to go somewhere I can experience my culture.
