It's clear that the people who run this place are passionate about what they do. There was live music and a rustic comfortable atmosphere. It has its own parking lot and ample street parking due to a great location. Looking forward to frequenting Chappell Brewing many more times! Oh... And the artwork is impeccable. It's clear they have good taste!“

“Casey Adams who works at the Red Rock brewery at fashion place is phenomenal. I have never received the customer service Casey provided from any other waiter in my 55 years of life. Casey is professional, efficient, friendly, caring and loyal to the Red Rock establishment. The food here is good but the real reason anyone should dine here is to be served by Casey Adams. Dine here for sure but make sure Casey is your waiter. We love you Casey. Thank you for making us feel like the most important people in your restaurant.“

“Was looking for a quick place to eat near the airport while in town and stumbled across this gem!
Tried the Nomad burger. Honestly thought a burger with salt and vinegar chips on it would be odd, but this is one of the best burgers I’ve had. And the beer is amazing! Has the Golden Spike Hefeweizen and could not be happier. Austin and Taylor were friendly and attentive.
If you’re in the area, don’t miss this place.“

“WOW!!! As far as this review and my opinion.... this place is awesome and amazing. The vibe, the food, both Austin and Sandra were the perfect host to our special day. I dont drink alcohol so it really made no difference, i am a fan of breweries and i can say the beer here is like no other. The food was hard to choose from since this is our first time here. All i can say is this will be my come to place when we are in town with a few hours to spare. We had the house wings with white sauce, my mouth was in heaven and we both had the falafel salad, another perfect choice.the portions were perfect size for me and my new fiancee. (Thanks to Nomad eatery) it was a very pleasant atmosphere for our lifestyle. We shared the peaches and cream desert, but the name should be punches and scream... get your own!! Im a chocolate lover but the homemade granola was to try and the blend of peaches and cream was the perfect pair. The Vibe!!! This place may be small, but it definately has an atmosphere of what you bring to the table. The indoor seating is nice, the outdoor seating is perfect for large groups and "fur babies" we ran short on time with all of our planned festivies, that our little girl had to wait. I can say say a whole lot more, but i will stop at the general store and restroom. Clean and inviting as any other part of this establishment. From the time we stepped foot inside the door and paid our bill we were treated like we belonged there. I am glad i chose this awesome place to get engaged. “Because of how attentive Becca is when it comes to serving she is really attentive to her guests. She makes everyone feel like family as well. You guys are extremely lucky to have her as a bartender and server. Because of her service I'm now a regular. I honestly think that she has the best bartender and server in the salt lake valley.
