We walked in with a question about a giftcard. I was trying to use one of my gift cards online, and it kept saying that the account was closed, it was a brand new gift card, and I came in and describe the problem to the staff, they brought out the manager Aly, and she was quick to fix the issue instantly. She solved the problem for us and definitely deserves to be recognized for how exceptional her service was, thank you!!

Yesterday my family and I wanted to bring in the new year while eating BWW. This was the worst experience ever. Took them 15 min just to get to our table, 20 min to get drinks and over an hour to get COLD food. I go here for UFC all the time and never this bad. Maybe like 5 tables besides us. It was a slow day. I will not be returning as this was the worst service and food.

We arrived at 5:15 to eat before a movie that started at 6:30 with a group of 4. The restaurant was less than 1/2 full and it took them over an hour to get us our food and it was cold when we got it. Manager said âon a night as busy as tonight you canât expect to be in and out of here in an hour.â Pretty crazy thing to say when the tables arenât even fullâŠHow does it take so long for the waitress to get us our food that it comes out cold?

Sorry I'm not giving any stars for food cause we didn't get our food we were there for an hour we ordered an appetizer and all this food and nothing for an hour. We walked out cause I'm sorry other people were getting food and we weren't getting anything. Our waiter didn't even want to take our order he had an attitude and wouldn't check on us or tell us how long it would be for our food or anything he passed us off to another waiter an hour later. The table the lady sat is down at was sticky and there was trash under our table. This is the worst place ever. This place has ruined the experience for my husband and son who has never had it. And they weren't even busy so that's really sad. And the manager didn't want to deal with us either.

Honestly , my margarita took forever to get to me and then when we got the food it was cold and it was like 40 minutes later so definitely unsatisfactory, barely any sauce on the wings⊠i donât know if it was the workers or what was going on but it wasnât even busy. So I honestly donât get what happened. Service was atrocious

It's pretty self explanatory when they only have 4 vehicles parked outside at lunch time and all the other restaurants in the area are full, I love buffalo wild wings but this location is in desperate need of someone competent to manage it, I paid cash and the server gave me the change out of his personal wallet shorting me out a few bucks, they got my order wrong and I had to wait a while before I could even order a drink, get in business or get out...
