Just came in for a quick to go order. Took about 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me. I assume the kid that was supposed to be up front was the one boxing my order so I don't blame him. I blame management for being understaffed the day of the NFL draft. Food was hot and fresh and the people I talked to were very nice

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Not only did they put on the Red Wings game on the big TV but they even turned the game’s sound on for us. Food was good and the beer was cold.

Very disappointed with Buffalo Wild Wings. I dined in and the service took a while but that was not a problem as it was a Saturday night. We ordered wings and they came out with plastic on them so they comped that dish, that was not a big issue because it was handled. We left very close to closing as the online payment portal was having issues so the server had to process our payment. Our server Jay was great and very attentive. As I mentioned we left close to closing time. Shortly after we left I remembered I had left my rings at the table on accident, but they restaurant was now closed. I called immediately as they opened the next day but I was told they didn't have any rings in lost and found. I drove over to check the booth we were sitting at but they were not there. When cleaning the booth the employee would have seen the rings. The issue is being brought to upper management to see what happened. If there are any updates I will add them to the review as they unfold.

‘Official Sports Bat for March Madness’?? We went there tonight to watch a game. It snowed. All of the TV’s went out. Really?? We live in Utah. It snows. Regularly. Figure it out. That and half of the staff looked like they just rolled out of bed. Like look a little presentable.

Please, don’t come here. We waited for 30 mins before we got ANY attention. We had to flag down a waiter from another section in order to even get a drink. Once we ordered, most of our food was wrong. We asked if we could get them fixed but 30 mins later there was still no one. (we didn’t even have the same person bring us food) so we just got the check and left. Waste of time

Me and my cousin went here to watch the fights and order some wings and have some dinner apparently they said they were short on servers so it was taking a while to get the food. I understand the frustration of not having enough people to serve food so that didn't really bother me it took us 30 minutes or so to get our drinks and then another 30 minutes to get our food after waiting 30 minutes to get in so an hour and a half to actually get your food isn't super bad but kind of sucks. The beer was actually very very good and I wasn't looking to get goofy just enough to enjoy it. The food came out we had ordered a sampler and some extra boneless wild wings, The wings came out they were more like chicken nuggets than wings and the sauce was very skimpy if at all and the chicken wings themselves tasted like they were very old. After getting the food and not being very happy with the food I was okay with it I decided I would just enjoy the beer I had two beers that were very delicious then when I asked for the third one I waited 30 minutes to get the third one and they brought me a mango beer instead and that wasn't when I ordered but I could tell they were kind of understaffed but I could also see some of the staff standing around watching the fights not really paying attention to the customers. I wouldn't kind of expect that some of the people that were working would actually like to watch the fights and work at the same time but it's not a good excuse for serving old or overcooked food and being late on serving people their food or drinks because you're too busy watching the fight. If you wanted to watch it that bad you should have scheduled it off. In the past we have went here a couple times because the food is good the beer is good and things all around were pretty decent but on this night it was not. In the past I thought the food was okay not necessarily great but still okay as of now I think I would go in there to watch the fights make sure I eat somewhere else first then go in there drink a cup of beers watch the fights and only plan drinking my couple beers and maybe ordering a small side odor. Anyways don't think I'll go there for food but definitely love going there for fights so kind of gives me a little bit of a as my wife would say wishy-washy thought process towards where I will go to watch the fights next time. For what it cost for overcooked food and slow service I think maybe I would just pay for it and watch it at home. Hopefully they can fix this and get things figured out. Most people will pay more and the tips will be better if the food is better and the customers are more attended too.

Jay is the best server to work with. He was super friendly and his energy made the entire time very fun. He would help us pick everything we ate and he never stopped smiling. Great customer service, give that man a raise!

We came in and the hostess pointed us to a seat instead of walking us to it. Once seated we saw that the floor was a mess and our table was still dirty. Once someone came by to take our order we asked him for a rag to wipe it down and ordered our drinks and food. He came back later with our drinks and then informed us he was out of ice. We never got a rag. While waiting for our food we heard the table behind us talk to the manager about his wait for his food. We asked him how long he had waited and he said that he waited over an hour for 15 wings. There were only about 6-10 tables and at least 6 wait staff. We cancelled our order right as we got served our appetizer. We asked for ranch, also never got that and asked twice. At another point, someone went around trying figure out who had ordered wings that were ready. She went around to all the tables asking and eventually just gave it to someone. When we asked for the check she said that we could check out using the QR code but she had no idea how to do it.
