Terrible service, they made a mistake and gave me the burger that I had not ordered, apart from the stiff and old bread, the service was not friendly and they gave me without straw sauces or napkins, what a shame it was with my family who came from another city

This is the worse experience I have had at this location. I went in for a Texas double whopper, an onion ring , and churros. They were out of churros. The double Texas whopper that they gave me was nothing more than a whopper with cheese and bacon and 4 slices of jalapeno this is not a Texas double whopper

I love burger king I love the whopper but somehow this establishment found a way to ruin it, the food was gross it tasted old even the sauces taste like it’s been stored for years. This people should not be running this place they just don’t care.

Ordered a triple whopper, got a messy single whopper. Ordered the Addams Family meal with an extra patty, got a messy single whopper, no Gomez churros.
Paid over 34 dollars for this! Ripoff!!! Tried calling the restaurant back and no answer. Tried 6 TIMES!!!
BURGER KING PHONE NUMBERS ARE SHUT OFF! ALL of them, EXCEPT gift cards. Imagine that. Took pictures of the receipt and burgers we got, not what was ordered.
We were hungry so we ate the whoppers we got, but again not what was ordered.
You seriously can not get a hold of anyone except gift cards! We have given them PLENTY of time to try to fix this, and 3 days later no call, email, or even answering the phone. Want either a refund, or price reduction. It's all right there in the pictures, and they want $15 an hour. Yeah right!

Ordered from the Burger King App as pickup. Arrived to pickup my order. The employee tells me the drink I ordered is no longer available with an Attitude even though it’s still on both the App and the Screen inside the restaurant. If it’s no longer available maybe you should take it off the menu false advertisement!

I don’t usually eat at Burger King, but with the Walmart+ deal I decided to try it out. The restaurant is very clean, people are friendly and helpful, and I love their hamburgers. And they have those coke machines where you can choose your flavors, which I love. Highly recommend this location.

Just left with a 10 buck combo my bk big fish was a bun and a fish Patti no tarter, lettuce or cheese I will learn to prepare food at my home and save my money tried to call no answer I took a picture of my food avoid this location if you can. Just left on 9/29/24 around 245 lady was taking orders and preparing them after she took each individual order but not taking any additional orders till the last one was fully done ordered and handed to the customer. I waited like 12 minutes at the counter and left . I will try the burger King on bigham junction next time I am done with this location.

Ordered 2 rodeo cheeseburgers. And they came with no cheese! This place is trash. Fries weren’t salted either. And it tasted bland. The onion rings were gross as well. Do not go here!
