This place sucks. Can't watch food being made. Staff is so slow... no customer service what so ever.... and no cash avoid

The WORST cafe rio I have ever been too!

Nothing special. Food was pretty good. Not sure I would go back

Horrible customer service food was not good I’ll keep my self from going to this location.

What a joke. Close this site. Where are my points? They only have computers to take your order. This place gives Cafe Rio a bad name.

They have screwed up my order several times and their customer service really sucks as they were unable to even help me. Cafe Rio is super good, I love it, but this location sucks.

Every time I come to this location, the food is wrong or just gross. Undercooked rice, wrong sauce, rotten guacamole

IF I ORDER A PORK BURRITO I EXPECT PORK IN MY DAMN BURRITO!!!!! ts was like 600% beans and rice and a singular bite of pork😒 huge waste of money! now ik why nobody ever goes to this location. y’all gotta be stupid if u think what u sold me today was worth the $40 u charged me for it.

Worst idea ever.

Quit being greedy. Hire humans. Give them jobs. Pay better.

New model is stale. This location seems to be wanting drive through traffic only. The days when the line was out the door are over. Ironically it was faster then. I walked in to find no way to order aside from 6 self-help kiosks. (Then it asked for a tip. Should have asked if I wished to receive discount for ordering myself). It’s been 10 min since I placed my order. I’m still waiting. I’m the only one in here. But the drive through is moving along.

Charge me extra to get me order wrong. Thanks!

This Cafe Rio should be closed. My wife and I have tried for over two weeks to get dinner through the drive through and each time the team says that the drive through is closed. PUT A SIGN UP. BLOCK THE DRIVE THROUGH ENTRANCE. Hire staff that have decent customer service skills that can explain why this store seems to keep the drive through perpetually closed. The kiosk system within is horrible, the staff make constant mistakes, and an order at this restaurant takes 10-15 minutes for a simple meal that should be less than five minutes in-out.

Tragic example of bad ownership. Whoever owns this franchise, do better. Any other restaurant would be better served in this space than this trash Cafe Rio.

No one greeted, not friendly at all, asked for help using the kiosk was ignored. Food wasn’t fresh…the tortillas sucked this location sucked. lady in the pink was barking orders to the employees. Dirty drain dirty and dusty and it wasn’t even busy.

The staff just sits around and takes forever to do their job. 5 employees just standing around talking to each other while neglecting customers. Horrible customer service and terrible work ethic amongst the staff.

Worst café Rio I’ve ever been to and there’s not usually a bad one the exception is this place

MANAGER HAS A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE AND WILL NOT MAKE REPARATIONS FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKE WOULD NOT REMAKE MY BURRITO

Always give you the wrong order or mess your order up somehow I order pollo asado and didn’t get a single piece of chicken in the entirety of my burrito and ham forced to cut it this ridiculous way to prove it

they take beyond long to take your order and after that they take even longer to give you your food and it always is a sloppy mess not properly rolled or tacos are sopping wet not drained before scooping and always have crappy portions
