Cafe Trang Bistro Midvale

Absolutely love this place! My first stop every time I come to SLC, Utah. The staff is always friendly and welcome, the atmosphere is cozy. The foods are packed with flavor 🤤 each dish featured meats that were perfectly cooked and flavorful, showcasing the freshness and quality of ingredients. I wish Southern Oregon will have restaurants like this one!

Very clean and modern place however the food had no flavor and my noodles was stuck together and the person taking my order acted like he was irritated and was not welcoming over all the soda machine tasted fire

Great food, I had the yellow chicken curry with white rice and it was excellent. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Would eat here again.

The Pho was good l, but I've definitely had better in the valley. The large pho was only about 2/3 full when it arrived, and the broth wasn't the most flavorful. The brisket was high quality and delicious however.

Such a cute little spot, it's got a ton of beautiful and well cared for plants and Lego sculptures inside. They had jazz playing while I was there, which was so soothing and felt like a very classic cafe.

The person at the counter who took my order was very sweet and had a great recommendation for which boba flavor to try. I got the Vietnamese Eggrolls and they were crispy and flavorful. They got my order out very quickly too.

I highly recommend this place! It's the perfect spot to hang out and do work, read a book, or just exist!

Sooooooo good! I dream of Bahn mi's, and their coconut curry chicken Bahn mi is to die for! It tastes so fresh.

Some of our favorite pho in the valley. Garlic steak banh mi is like the greatest thing ever.

I tried the Vermicelli with Garlic Butter Steak and Egg Rolls, which was flavorful and perfectly cooked. My friend tried the Pho, which was also delicious, with a rich broth and fresh ingredients. For dessert, the Vietnamese iced coffee was strong and had an authentic flavor reminiscent of Vietnam.

Overall, Cafe Trang Bistro Midvale offers tasty food, great service, and a pleasant ambiance. I’ll definitely be back!
