Tried ordering something online but the app wasn’t working properly. Called, no one answered. Called again and a girl picked up the phone and said “oh my gosh they’ve been calling for so long this better be good” then hung up because I’m sure she realized she said that while on the phone. Extremely unprofessional if you hate your job that much maybe quit? 😂 ended up going somewhere else obviously. Not spending my money at a restaurant where I’m disrespected for no reason. If calls are recorded you can check yourself I called on 12/31/2025 at 7:30 pm, then at 7:32 pm.

Great place! Love the chips and salsa. Triple dipper is a great go to option. It can get kinda greasy depending on what you order in it. But so yummy! The Southwest egg rolls tho! 🤤 Oh and the margaritas are delicious too!

I love Chillis. But what I love more is Brady. Brady is truly one of the best servers I have had at any eating establishment. I will return here just to cross paths with the fine soul that is Brady.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience at Chili’s Bar & Grill - 1070 E Fort Union Blvd, and it was 100% because of our server, Noah.
Noah wasn’t just great at his job — he’s one of the coolest dudes we’ve ever met. His attention to detail was next-level, and his commitment to quality was unreal. He was confident, assertive, and genuinely cared about the experience, not just the order.
The moment that sealed it for me: he literally stood with me while I cut into my steak for the first time to make sure it was cooked medium rare — and it was perfect. That level of pride and care is rare these days.
Service like this turns a meal into a memory. If you’re eating here, ask for Noah. Chili’s is lucky to have him.

My waitress seemed distracted by the other tables near us. It took them a few minutes just to get drinks for us. I asked her to take the chips and salsa off my receipt because we sent it back and instead of helping me she insisted I log into my account and do it myself because it’s free if I log in. So I had to log in to my account,change the password since it’s been so long.re log in to the account again to change my phone number,use the kiosk again to log in and then there was no options to take items off my reciept. Also I was paying with cash and she brought back the wrong change and asked if she could have the rest for tip instead of giving back my change. Mind you it was only $2 and I planned on leaving a $5 tip. I asked for ALL my change back and she scoffed and snatched the change away. She came back with a different attitude and I still tipped but she needs to get her life together because I deserve better on my birthday!
