I ordered a chicken salad with no tortilla, no cheese and no chips. I asked for a Tablespoon of sour cream and also a scoop of the mild green sauce. $1.50 extra. No discount for the stuff I didn’t put on the salad? I don’t have a problem paying extra for stuff if they bother to tell you when they are making your meal. It’s annoying when you get to the cash register and there are extra charges. My wife ordered a chicken salad and asked for a corn tortilla. They put a cold corn tortilla under the salad. We won’t be coming back to this location.

This chain restaurant is my go to option when I’m out on my way to somewhere. They accommodate my celiac disease by always washing their hands and putting on new gloves. Their salads have always worked for my GF requirements. Food is ok.

We love Costa Vida especially their grilled chicken burrito and pork salad, and we go there about every weekend because it's so good! The temperature inside is perfect and we love their water feature. It's highly recommended by us!

This is the second time the extra 2oz of meat we requested on our burritos are put in a container and not on the burritos where it belongs. I have had no other costa do this before and now it’s been done twice at this location. It’s like they messed up and don’t want to take the time to fix it. We love Costa Vida, but this location struggles with giving what you actually want/pay for. We also didn’t get the extra side of dressing we had ordered .
I went to this location to get a chicken Baja bowl and the employee Dani said they were out of chicken it would be 5-7 minutes. I said that's ok I can wait. She insisted I order another meat. I said I'm literally ok waiting. She then got rude and said even though it will take 10-12 minutes. So I asked can I ask how it affects you me waiting. Isn't it your job to cook food how is this hurting you. She then rudely asks so what do you want I said I'm ok thank you I'm gonna go. She then said well we are REALLY busy. They had 2 cars beside me in line. I said that's ok I'm gonna leave. She shouts as me as I drive off good get out of my drive thru. I have since found out Dani is an assistant manager. Someone should retrain her.

Food is good, service is okay, but they nickel and dime you for any changes. I paid $24 plus dollars for a steak salad, extra meat. I do the extra meat because I don't do a tortilla, rice, beans, pico, chips or any of the other fixings available and I dont get a credit for that, which is whatever to me. But $24 for 6oz to 8oz of steak, 2 oz guac, shredded cheese and dried cheese with a 4 oz dresseing is nickel and dimming 100%
I hope this review helps you so dont loose customer over something silly like this.
