Online and on the drive-thru window hours listed states open till 11:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Drove out of my way to get there shortly after 10:00 p.m. Sat at the drive through where all the lights were on and waited but no one would respond or answer the drive-thru. Pulled up to the Drive-Thru window and the workers inside would not even look up to say if they were open or closed. Very discourteous.

II typically come here instead of Swig to get some sodas. They are consistently cheaper and arguably better! The employees today went above and beyond with excellent customer service during some stressful moments with our family. They were also friendly enough to show us how they make the drinks, which was really cool to see. This team deserves recognition for their outstanding service!:

And I’m good with that. These aren’t your average cookies—they’re top shelf antidepressants.
They offer the best cookie flavors compared to competitors, hands down(the Rockstar cookie, my personal favorite). I’m met with quick service and friendly staff at every visit, and over the years of purchasing their cookies, in those very few instances when the product was substandard—Crave went above and beyond in making it right. Recently, they not only refunded my order..but gave me a gift card, AND a box of cookies for the trouble.
I wasn’t paid to make this review, I’m not an employee—just obsessed. So stop wondering who has the best cookies, it’s Crave.

DO NOT GO HERE. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Also the had dogs running around inside without being controlled. They went behind the counter to the kitchen
I love their chocolate chip cookie and recommend that 24/7, but tried their Dubai cookie and it was just alright & too pricey. Also, I was given a tester of a pumpkin cookie and it wasn’t my favorite, but my sibling enjoyed it.

I ordered a surprise doordash order from this location. Doordash app didn't give me the option to be able to leave a note on the box. I called the store and *Kylee* was very kind enough to help write a cute note for my friend on the box and it turned out so cute. They was very helpful and went above and beyond in customer service. Great, Friendly, Helpful, Professional Staff! 🫶 Thank You Crave (Midvale) and especially Kylee for you help. It was so appreciated!
