And I’m good with that. These aren’t your average cookies—they’re top shelf antidepressants.
They offer the best cookie flavors compared to competitors, hands down(the Rockstar cookie, my personal favorite). I’m met with quick service and friendly staff at every visit, and over the years of purchasing their cookies, in those very few instances when the product was substandard—Crave went above and beyond in making it right. Recently, they not only refunded my order..but gave me a gift card, AND a box of cookies for the trouble.

I love their chocolate chip cookie and recommend that 24/7, but tried their Dubai cookie and it was just alright & too pricey. Also, I was given a tester of a pumpkin cookie and it wasn’t my favorite, but my sibling enjoyed it.

I ordered a surprise doordash order from this location. Doordash app didn't give me the option to be able to leave a note on the box. I called the store and *Kylee* was very kind enough to help write a cute note for my friend on the box and it turned out so cute. They was very helpful and went above and beyond in customer service. Great, Friendly, Helpful, Professional Staff! 🫶 Thank You Crave (Midvale) and especially Kylee for you help. It was so appreciated!

I used tap to pay and automatically added a 3.40$ tip because of the placement of tap to pay and they told me they couldn’t refund it or do anything about it. Incredibly mad they claimed they couldn’t offer a refund.

I bought cookies and the tap to pay feature automatically added a 3.40$ tip. My knuckle hit the tip button obviously for a certain amount and it was not meant to be added. The cashier told me they couldn’t do anything about it so I basically got charged for a 5th cookie because of a tap to pay error and they wouldn’t give me a refund.
Went up there with my family to get a sweet treat after swimming I had never been there and wanted to try it out I had questions on the menu and the young lady working the counter I believe her name was Maya she made the experience so great gave great recommendations she recommended the Dubai cookie and it was absolutely amazing 10/10 experience and absolutely great service from that young lady

Amazing service, every time! We’ve been visiting this drive-thru cookie spot with our family and one team member always shines the girl with the piercings and hand tattoos. She consistently goes above and beyond to help us, greeting us warmly and making sure everyone’s order is just right. Even on days when we’ve had rough encounters with the sweet young girl with the hearing aids and she seems flustered. Couldn’t remember her name but she steps in calmly and solves everything with a smile and patience.
Service has been so consistently excellent, and her care and attention make every visit feel special. We’re big fans—not just of the cookies, but of how this place treats its customers. Highly recommend and this will always be our store! :)
