They’re pretty pricey cookies, but WOW they are SOOO DELICIOUS. Super soft, moist, and flavorful. So many unique and interesting kinds, too! You’ll definitely find a type of cookie that you’ve had nothing like it before! They’re seriously so sooo good. (6 cookies was about $22🙃 They are big though, half of one is plenty for me at a time)

Door was unlocked to the lobby but I got yelled to get out as soon as I walked in. How do they expect us to know the lobby is closed when there’s the Open sign running and the door is unlocked? Very unprofessional

Got told at 8 pm that the lobby was closed and that we could walk through the drive-through. Then, when we asked for 12 cookies, we were told that we could only buy 6 because they were "running low." It just doesn't make any sense because we needed 12 for the two households that were ordering, six each. There were plenty of cars behind us waiting to order, and they said they had plenty of cookies(other than no chocolate chip). So if we had two vehicles, we could have ordered 12, but because we rode together, we had to split 6 cookies between 8 people.
I love the cookies, but nothing made sense, and the customer service sucked. Just seemed like the employees were making up rules as they go to make their nights easier on them, and harder for the customer.
They wouldn’t let us inside an hr before closing, we arrived at 9:55pm. And we asked for milk at the drive through twice, especially when we checked out at the window. We didn’t get it?? Don’t know why? Sucky customer service for this night shift.

No atmosphere. It only is a drive through. I didn't see anywhere you could actually park and the two cars in front of us got out of the car and chatted with each other and the staff for over 20 minutes holding up the drive thru line. Staff are great.
