Usually love crave but this experience was just super disappointing. We got the Dubai chocolate strawberry cup, it was all milky and gross, waited in line for 20 minutes to get 4 cookies and the strawberry cup. The cookies were fine but again, I just expected more, especially for a $30 experience :(

For the first part, I got to watch HGTV through the drive-through, which was a nice touch little confusing on ordering though, but the staff came out and fixed the menu through the drive-through. The guy at the window was training, but I could tell that he was doing a good job.Thank you for the good cookies.

I love Crave! By far the best cookies in Utah! Their customer service is also wonderful. I ordered 3 of their Dubai cookies for delivery. Unfortunately they didn't have any because they are so good so they were sold out, so they sent another cookie along with a gift card so we could come back. Every time I have visited the Fort Union shop, everyone there is friendly and helpful!

Overpriced Dubai Strawberry Cup with hardly any pistachio cream. Not worth $15. I ordered online and went to pick up 6 cookies and the cup. I walked out to my car thinking my box was smaller than it should be for 6 cookies..I opened it in my car and went back in to let someone know I didn't get why I ordered in the first place- the Dubai cookies.
Unfortunately, the worker who helped me frowned and scowled while getting me the missing cookies. Disappointed in service and may be the first and last time to this location.
The Mexican chocolate cookies had an aftertaste and the only ones we liked were chocolate chip, horchata and Dubai chocolate.

I would love to first off thank the two lovely ladies that worked tn 4/22 9:47 at this specific location in Midvale ! Their service was top notch and they had amazing vibes. Me n my mom had a tough day today, however we overcame it thanks to these two ladies!!! We come here all the time and tonight was just so special. They’re pretty pricey cookies, but WOW they are SOOO DELICIOUS. Super soft, moist, and flavorful. So many unique and interesting kinds, too! You’ll definitely find a type of cookie that you’ve had nothing like it before! They’re seriously so sooo good. (6 cookies was about $22🙃 They are big though, half of one is plenty for me at a time)

Door was unlocked to the lobby but I got yelled to get out as soon as I walked in. How do they expect us to know the lobby is closed when there’s the Open sign running and the door is unlocked? Very unprofessional
