The kid at the counter with piercings was very nice. I waited 20 minutes for one burger which was fine if the food was good. The burger was so disappointing. The greasiest burger I’ve ever had. More oil than meat. It literally dripped oil from my first bite back onto the burger. I took one bite and left the rest on the table. The cook needs to clean some oil off the flat top. There are too many good options out there for burgers to eat here again. I won’t be back.

Didn’t Tate bad but waited for fifteen min and got home to find out the they didn’t give us cheese with the pretzels and didn’t give us a fry . Don’t waste your time….. pretzels with no cheese come on man

Culver's is a chain restaurant, so the decor and ambience are pretty standard. The place looked clean, had a self serve fountain drink area. First time at Culver's, but had seen many articles about them being the best burger joint.
Service was the regular walk up to counter ordering. They give you a number for the table to bring out your order to you. One nice thing, they don't ask for a tip on the pay machine.
Down to the food now, and we split a Mushroom Swiss double.
The burgers are thin and fried on the griddle for a crisp surface. I get that, but they are cooked with no salt or pepper on them. I don't get that. There is salt and pepper at the drink station, but trying to add it after the fact isn't a good choice for me, especially on a burger with toppings, I did add pepper on ours, since there were few mushrooms on it. (see photo) So for me, the burger meat wasn't great and the the lack of shrooms was disappointing.
2. We got there just before 1PM, so the lunch crowd was pretty much leaving. The onion rings were overdone. It seemed to me that they were tossed back in the oil to make them hot again. I would call them refritos oniones. (see photo)

The burgers were smashed, and obviously had been sitting under a very hot heat lamp. They were so hot we couldn't hold them for several minutes. No condiments. Our first, and last, experience with this restaurant. My only positive is that the girl who brought them out was very sweet and went back in for condiments.

This place is great for fast food! Their burgers are super good and the workers are always friendly and as fast as they can be. It does take a little while for your food to cook but that's just how all Culvers are. Would definitely recommend!
