I've come here many times. The majority has been drive-thru. The staff is pretty friendly. Sometimes they don't seem to have a big picture which may be due to turnover. I think the service is pretty friendly. The custard is delicious but it's usually too soft (runny). When I dine in, the area is usually clean.

Ordered here from Uber eats, I ordered two value meals and got the sides and drinks but not the chicken strips and burger :/ uber eats only refunded me $5 out of a $35 order

We ordered 4 concrete mixers, and when we got our order, it was 3 concrete mixers and an ice cream cone. The concrete mixers were half melted and the ice cream cone was just as melted with the sides of the cone covered in melted ice cream. The tables were all dirty and we had to clean one off ourselves. Would not recommend eating here under any circumstance.

This Culver’s is the worst I have ever been in. Walking in the door your are assaulted with the smell of stale urine coming from the bathrooms. The food is never at the same quality as the Culver’s further north, concretes are hardly ever fully blended and rarely have the mix ins as ordered. All in, most likely won’t be coming back since I have tried to give it multiple chances.
