I came in around lunch time, and I was very pleased with the customer service Diana did for me while taking my order for my first time I was new to the store and she gave me an awesome customer service.

Everything is great about Dave’s Hot Chicken, especially the Fort Union location because the staff are always so friendly and willing to have conversation with my nine-year-old, who’s full of questions and loves spicy chicken. This is not to mention how amazing the food is. And with so many spice levels, you can find the one that’s right for you or even choose no spice. But if you’re adventurous, you must try the Reaper at least once. They make you sign a waiver when you order it, which puts the experience completely over the top. Love this place!
