I used to like coming here, but the service is terrible. So slow, makes no sense. We never like this before, must be poor management. Food isn't as good as it used to be, employees seem annoyed by customers presence and prep area is a mess. Won't come back.

Finally tried the French dip sandwich . It took a little while. But it was worth., kaleb explained the cooking process and said he wanted to make sure it was still hot when I arrived home. can’t be mad at that! It was good! 👍🏽

We’ve been visiting this Firehouse Subs for years, but our most recent experiences have been particularly good. Not just in terms of food, which continues to be very tasty abs well prepared, but also in terms of atmosphere, cleanliness, and service. I’ve seen a worker named Cody on several of these visits, and he seems to help run a really tight ship and keep the restaurant running very well. Also, I asked a different worker about the EXCELLENT music mix playing on our last visit, and he told me it was Cody’s creation. So thanks, Cody, and thanks to the rest of the staff working with you on Jan. 2, 2026!

This Firehouse Subs is my favorite to come to! The staff are always nice and the food always make it out in a timely manner. On this visit, Cody was very helpful! He and his coworkers helped to ensure the food was made quickly and he was very friendly. Thanks Cody and Ft. Union Firehouse Staff for continuing to make this a reliable shop! :)

Sandwich made wrong. Left out items on the printed menu and not toasted. Happened before. Restaurants don’t seem to care about quality of their product since Covid when the food service industry lost a lot of their workforce.

Can't get the drink order right? Isn't that the easiest thing to remember..... apparently not. Sandwich was soggy but didnt taste bad.

Absolutely horrendous service. First if your employees are actively talking about quitting theres your problem, Walking in to a very unwelcoming environment dirty looks from all 3 employees. Neither employees washed their hands before starting the food. Absolutely no care for their jobs.

Came in 12/14/25 at 7:30pm both males were the ones talking about quitting and didn’t wash their hands. They should not be working here if they don’t care about the safety of the food or even care about little about their jobs. I would like a Refund please.

We ordered through door dash. Our kids meal didn't have the Krispy treat we paid for and they ignored ALL of the customizations on my sandwich. But the sandwiches were done before estimated, so there's that.

I don't come to this place to listen to loud swearing and horribly inappropriate conversation. I get that employees are people just like everyone else, but this is a big open space and you are loudly using language that not everyone, especially parents, appreciates, not to mention talking (see:yelling) about subjects that are not at all something I want to hear about (I'm not interested in listening to the story of your sex life while I wait for a sandwich, and I'd really rather not).

Went in during a rush expecting to wait 10-15 minutes for my sandwich at a sticky table, like most sandwich places, but not only was it surprisingly clean, the cashier, Caleb, busted his rear to get us all our sandwiches within a minute or two of ordering. It was a really nice experience, and I will definitely be back again because of it.
