Firehouse Subs Ft Union

Food was great. Service was piss poor. I had walked into this establishment and was greeted by one person when there was three ladies. They were all talking about the new Gladiator movie. I had too wait for them to finish to start my order which I think is very unprofessional. I then asked if they were doing the Black Friday coupon in which I got a snarky response with “you have to buy the combo with it for it to work” yes I know that’s what the coupon says via email. I’m not stupid. I had then ordered two sandwiches which were missing ingredients and added ingredients that I didn’t ask for. Won’t be stepping back into this establishment. How hard is it to make a sandwich and stop your conversation about your personal life? Holy moly!!

Dude there is absolutely no reason it should take 25 minutes to get a sub when you have 4 people inside. Floor is filthy, garbage cans need to be wiped down, etc. Step it up. Won't be back.

19 mins to make a sandwich Legit on the dot. How hard is it to make a sandwich? My 3 year old can make one in less than 8 lol

Amazing for gluten free folks! The service for allergy restrictions was awesome! I’m celiac and they explained how they prevent cross contamination. I so appreciated that! The gluten free roll tasted great too! New go to sandwich shop!

I said no toppings just ham, provolone, and the pickle. They put mayo on both the top and bottom of the sandwhich

I’m so serious when I say this.. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I have ordered from a firehouse subs they get my order wrong. They have no concept of customization? And this isn’t specific to one single FHS.. it’s every single store we’ve ever ordered from. Their ingredients are delicious so I keep coming back thinking it’ll be different.. such a bummer. Won’t be coming back again 💔

The sandwich was great. Our group tried 3 different ones, and we all loved them. The problem is that they were understaffed. So it took 20 minutes to get our sandwiches.

Bring back the variety of hot sauces

They were bad talking customers, upset that they didn't tip enough. They weren't paying attention and they only put toppings on half my sandwich.
I've had similar issues with this place.
I never got that sorted I couldn't find my receipt.

I usually try to avoid coming into a restaurant last minute because I've been on the other end and know how it feels but, I got off a little later than I thought I would and it sounded really good for dinner so rushed across the parking lot to get there before 9 only for the employee to be locking the door as I pulled up around 8:50.
