They’re always friendly, the food is always fresh and consistently taste excellent.
I have picky cats who I don’t normally give table scraps to, but if I give them some of the meat from the hook and ladder, for example, they will eat it and look for more. This says a lot to me because if I get lunch meat from the deli or another sub shop, they sniff it and move on.🤣

I kinda wish I read the recent reviews before heading here. It was like we inconvenience the staff by showing up. They wouldn’t take our gift card, saying it was unrecognizable… 🤷🏽‍♂️ Drove home and they gave us the incorrect sandwich and the rest of the food was just bad. There was about as much mayo as there was the rest of the sandwich. Not a good time, but you live and learn, I guess.

Order online pickup, once home we noticed the whole order was not there. Called the store and Evanna said she would refund my card while on the phone and it’s been well over a week and there’s still no refund.

The staff were extremely rude and upset tonight when we walked in at 8:30PM, they had also already turned off the open sign. While we were placing our order on the kiosks they were complaining that we were putting in a huge order amongst each other. Then told us we aren’t doing dine in which would have been fine if they weren’t being completely unprofessional since we walked in. I asked them if they closed at 8:30 or 9 to which he said nine but then told us they don’t want to be there after nine. If you want to close at 8:30 that’s fine but when you close at nine, you don’t treat customers poorly because you aren’t happy they came in while still open. Also when I questioned it he let me know they are just human.. I get it, we are also just trying to feed our three kids when errands ran late. Goes both ways!

Ever since this location went to the automated ordering it has become quite possibly the worst firehouse I’ve ever been in. They never get my order right, I’ve been in here maybe 5 times expecting better service and at this point I give up. I don’t think they even look at the order for your sandwich they just make whichever number sub you ordered. Hate being a Karen but this place can’t get it together.

The staff was astonishingly rude. When ordering 12 sandwiches for my family, I came in to pick them up. After sitting there patiently, then politely asking after 10 minutes if they were ready, the staff member decided to take out his bottled up anger on me. He said, “this is way too many sandwiches, and we are not staffed enough to make them, so do me a favor and don’t ever order them again.”

At first I thought he was joking, but he was enraged over having to do work while at work. Thus, if you don’t enjoy being verbally assaulted as an appetizer, I recommend you go to another firehouse subs location.

Ate half my sub and put the other half in the fridge for later. I was wondering why I wasnt feeling great afterwards. Upon taking out the other half later, I realized the entire bottom of the bread was moldy. 🤢
