Absolutely above and beyond, clean environment, friendly employees, and my Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket was deliciously mouthwatering. I've been to a few Firehouse locations and this is definitely a nicer one.

Well.… I was in there tonight and the person in charge… some girl. She just looked mad and resentful the whole time. Like she hated her job. Very unhappy and rude and short fused. I asked for some extra Italian dressing on the side and this is literally what was given to me. (Pic shown) Sadly no I haven’t used any of it yet. This is just the amount I was given…. Overall it tasted fine and the other employees were great. But it was better when this other girl was there. She made the best sandwiches.

This was my first time here and I am extremely disappointed. Ordered a turkey bacon ranch sub, it was tasty for what it was… but there was barely anything on the sandwich and tomatoes were missing. The sandwich was so thin, it looked like a panini. For a $10 sandwich I expected more than one thin slice of turkey.

I had Firehouse Subs well over 10 years ago in Texas. Since then I have been a Jersey Mike's loyalist, and JM's is still good. But I decided to try Firehouse and was really pleased with the sandwich. Tuna vs Tuna, Firehouse has Jersey Mikes beat. I had the Hook and Ladder and it was delicious too. I enjoy the pickle... that comes with the sandwich. Drinks and chip options are no different from anywhere else and nothing to note.

I used to work at the (now closed) location in Orem. I still get a strong craving for them from time to time. Stopped in one day and ordered a #1 ( they used to be numbered) the cashier was extremely rude and said we don’t have numbers here. Then I apologized and told her I hadn’t been in in a while and they used to be numbered. She scoffed at me and was very short and rude. I know working retail is hard and I had my bad days so I brushed it off. Drink area was disgustingly dirty. Half the sodas were out of order. Floor was very sticky. Yelling kept coming from the back from other employees and my sandwich took 15 minutes because there was only one person working the line. Tasted good but was sloppy. I think the employees could use a little more training.

Check your sandwich before taking a bite!! I placed an online order, I was shorted a sandwich and also discover a BOLT COOKED INSIDE A SANDWICH! I returned to the store and they refused to reimburse me. Only offered a sandwich card with limited time to use it. We are so lucky it was seen before we took a bite.

Check sandwich before taking a bite!! Placed an online order to take back to work. Order was shorted a sandwich and then discovered a BOLT INSIDE A SANDWICH!! Location wouldn't even give me my money back. They offered me a card to redeem a free medium sandwich with restricted dates.
This place is unorganized. They lose orders. They are slow. It took 28 minutes from the time I ordered until I received my one sandwich. Be very cautious.

I really like the people that work here. Still. I will come back because I like the sandwiches. However I wish one of them would just take a cleaning rag around the drink dispenser and napkin area once in awhile so it doesn't look like a trash bomb went off. I don't know Maybe you should pay them a little bit more so they would care a little bit more

I’ve recently started coming here when my partner goes and gets lunch here since he works in the area. I didn’t think I would like it that much but their sandwich is pretty good and their customer service is pretty well! I enjoy the food and so does my partner so we definitely keep firehouse as one of the options when we get lunch together

I do love Firehouse subs! But for some reason, every time I come to this location, they get my order wrong (very wrong). I order an "Italian with Grilled Chicken Salad" which is word for word what is on the menu. I ask for no tomatoes, add banana peppers, with Italian dressing.The man at the register ended up bringing me out a Hook & Ladder Salad with Italian dressing. There were tomatoes still on it with no banana peppers. He also brought out an extra Italian sandwich, which I did not order, but still charged my boyfriend for. Everything was far from what I ordered. I wish I could be listened too properly when I order here!
