Shoutout to the crew working tonight!! Burger was bomb! Went all the way (toppings) and it was the fattest burger , fresh and meat was moist,, finally a good five guys burger:)

These people are stupid. I ordered two burgers and fries (fairly easy order). They gave me 1 burger, another "burger" without the damn bun, and no fries. Nowhere in the order did it say I wanted a sandwich with no bun. How difficult is it to get a simple order like that correct? Worst part is, it was through ubereats which lays out the order in detail.

Went in to get burgers and it was 30.00 for 2 burgers and 1 large fry. The employees there seemed like they were not happy with one another and work and of course showing it. The screens at the location showing order price and details was broken so I could not even see what the details or if the order was correct. I had the guy double check because ya 30.00 after tax for 3 items. I will never be eating there again. Service was bad location was bad with the stuff being broken and employees were not wanting to do work and just pushing it off and then one would finally give in as people waited. It was a joke on all counts. AVOID, Five guys get ur act together, seriously or you will not be doing it any longer.
Dietary restrictions: Can be gluten free with lettuce wrap, my wife does it and is good.
Parking: its in kinda a strip mall so parking around just a little walk.

Fries are excellent. Hamburgers are good but overpriced (thin and well cooked). Noisy with bad music so takeout or eat in your car but keep the fries warm on your way home or put them in an air friar on about 250 once you get home. Also, order everything separately or your bun will be soggy.

Fries are excellent. Hamburgers are good but overpriced (thin and well cooked). Noisy with bad music so takeout or eat in your car but keep the fries warm on your way home or put them in an air friar on about 250 once you get home. Also, order everything separately or your bun will be soggy.
