I don’t even know where to begin. If you want a burger you want five guys. This place is the best fast food burger best fries and some good shakes. The food makes you think the workers know you personally and made it with love. They got a bunch of toppings so you never gonna run out of options. Simply not worth it. I ordered a SMALL cheeseburger, a SMALL fries, and a SMALL drink and it cost me over $17. I can get a full steak dinner at Texas Road House or Outback Steak House for less. Terrible value for money; not worth it.

The fries are Always served hot and in generous portions, the food and shakes are fresh and all natural, and the service is friendly with prompt greetings! I mainly get the regular seasoned fries (not the Cajun), the patty melts, and the grilled cheese sandwiches (as it’s SO hard to get Good ones at restaurants around GF). Everything tastes Incredible!!!

I've always hated the burgers that look like someone balled them up and threw them at the wall before bagging them. I've despised digging through a greasy bag to divvy out peoples orders. I've put up with the EXTREMELY overpriced burgers and fries. At the very least, I felt like the fry quantity was always plenty.
This is the first time I've ordered a large fry. Even a small felt like the perfect amount for two people. The large fry I got was undercooked, soggy, cold, and SMALLER than the small I normally get. I could still see both burgers in the bag. Also, no bacon on my bacon cheese burger. I paid for that you thieves. Wild.... Pass forever.
The burgers are not as big as they say. They said the regular hamburger is a half pound, and the little burger is a quarter pound. There's no way it's a quarter pound of beef. I could have eaten 3 of them, yet a half pound burger is more than enough for me, so cost to size ratio I just threw money away because after spending $20 I was still hungry and went and got tacos right afterwards

Don't waste your money. Overpriced items that aren't made right or fresh, so that $20 burger and fries coming out of old oil aren't anywhere near the quality this company loves to rant about. Called customer service and played the waiting game for a week. Nothing has been resolved. This is my message to anyone wondering whether or not to spend way too much money on something that will probably come out terrible and leave your stomach hating you.

This location is the absolute WORST! We ordered food to be delivered through the five guys website. My food never arrived. I called and they said it was DoorDashes fault, but I didn’t order through DoorDash. I ordered through their personal website. They told me that it was most likely stolen and to come down and they would make it for me. I drove down, and they last minute decided not to remake the food. It was $40… they said it wasn’t their fault even though I ordered through their personal website. It ended up in a yelling match with a woman named Alma. They said that manager told them not to make me new food because it would cost them too much money to remake it for me. They blamed it on inflation. Five guys should think twice about DoorDash delivering for them. Because when DoorDash messes up they aren’t willing to make it right.

our order was messed up (and we were overcharged for what we did get) and one of the employees seemed to repeatedly walk past us and glare at us while we were waiting for our food. No idea what we did to upset this guy but we kept catching him staring at us from across the restaurant.
i love the food here but it was a very stressful and confusing experience
