Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

$21 for a burger combo is crazy. I’d rather go to five guys for that price

I love this place for its flat seasoned beef patty’s. It is a SAD day when this place has turned into McDonalds. The service was terrible the food was tasteless and terrible. You drive off and get home to find out you didn’t get what you ordered and your drink was only half way filled up. We wanted the prime rib steak burger and I ended up with a flat one Patti burger with a slice of cheese on it. I didn’t get what I wanted but they sure took my money and got what they wanted $22 dollars. I could have went down the hill and got what they served me today from McDonalds instead of driving 20 minutes out of my way for the same kind of food. SAD and never again for this location.

The meat was extremely salty and hard to eat. I had to rinse it off before I ate it. . I m sus that it was done on purpose because I challenged the staff on their bad service and communication skills.

The drive thru area was very dirty and sticky and unappealing for a food business.

This was my first ever time going here. Never had the good or ice cream, concrete, etc. I ordered a concrete and a grilled chicken sandwich. I had a hard time eating the sandwich cause it wouldn't bite apart. I opened it up to look at it and the chicken was so old, I couldn't even pull it apart with my fingers. It looks like leather. I ended up eating the bun with lettuce, tomato, and mayo for dinner and just set the chicken back in the box. I have picture of the chicken.

I went to the drive-thru last week, got my order taken, then waited at the window for 10 minutes where no one greeted me. Employees inside saw and made eye contact with me and did nothing. There was no one in front of or behind me.

The service from the gentleman at the window was absolutely terrible. He sighed the whole time I ordered, snatched my credit card from me when I paid, looked at me and slammed the window. It was me and my 3 year old so no reason to he frustrated. I got 2 combos and a kids meal for 50 dollars. Could of gone to Culver's for a better butterburger. So sad because I'd never been there before.

Incredibly mid for the price, everything was just… fine. The burgers were dry, we got two chicken tenders and a nugget instead of 3 tenders and it took a minute for us to get the food. Probably won’t be back.

I got a Hamburger with Tater Tots.

The Hamburger was cooked perfectly with Lettuce, Tomato, Onions on a very soft Bun.

Tater Tots were so good, Crunchy on the outside and soft in the center. Yummy!!!

Service is very fast here and everyone is very nice.

It was impressively friendly looking and feeling. I was surprised that I was the only customer there. I only wanted a bowl of custard ice cream. It was delicious.

The food is always fresh and exactly how you order it! Love this place and will always make the drive to eat here

The workers here kick butt. Went today on a Wednesday, 30 minutes before close and the place was packed. Cars in the drive thru, big line and these guys are cranking out food left and right. Freddy's food is always good but the people who work here bust their butts to provide quick and consistent service. Keep it up!

Good price, good food, fast service, friendly workers, questionable toilet but, over all an amazing time for me and my family ⭐ .

The people who helped us were nice but kept telling us to hold on as we were telling them our order , we paid almost 50 for a shake fries two cones and 3 burgers the fries was like we got the crumbs that were at the bottom of the thing they were all really tiny crumbs and they were so salty but the burger was so salty I couldn't taste anything else is was burning my mouth cause of how salty it was and I'm not sensitive to seasoning at all but this was so salty and it was overpowering ever flavor in the hamburger I couldn't taste anything else on the burger. And my husband got a shake and it was definitely a weird flavor it wasn't good . The mixins tastes old , this isn't a place we would come back to .

I went to Freddy's in Mivale/Murray 7200 s. years ago when they opened and the food quality was great. I went today and had to tell management that there Pepsi machine was squinting all over me and needed an out of order sign on it or fixed. I got my order to go and when I got home the fries and my sandwich was so salty I had to throw it away. The food pick up counter was covered with fingerprints and grease I was very disappointed and called to report the food experience to one of the managers on duty after I got home. They offered to remake my order but I wasn't driving back so they took my name down for my next visit to replace my order. Not a good experience today from Freddy's
