The people who helped us were nice but kept telling us to hold on as we were telling them our order , we paid almost 50 for a shake fries two cones and 3 burgers the fries was like we got the crumbs that were at the bottom of the thing they were all really tiny crumbs and they were so salty but the burger was so salty I couldn't taste anything else is was burning my mouth cause of how salty it was and I'm not sensitive to seasoning at all but this was so salty and it was overpowering ever flavor in the hamburger I couldn't taste anything else on the burger. And my husband got a shake and it was definitely a weird flavor it wasn't good . The mixins tastes old , this isn't a place we would come back to .

I went to Freddy's in Mivale/Murray 7200 s. years ago when they opened and the food quality was great. I went today and had to tell management that there Pepsi machine was squinting all over me and needed an out of order sign on it or fixed. I got my order to go and when I got home the fries and my sandwich was so salty I had to throw it away. The food pick up counter was covered with fingerprints and grease I was very disappointed and called to report the food experience to one of the managers on duty after I got home. They offered to remake my order but I wasn't driving back so they took my name down for my next visit to replace my order. Not a good experience today from Freddy's

I ordered a takeout order, and they ended up swapping a large chili cheese fries with a normal sized fry. Also received no ketchup or fry sauce, and the drinks/custards were placed in the same bag as everything else, so it melted and the drinks spilled all over everything.

When I called, the supervisor said they'd put a note for a free combo in their office for me the next time I drop by. While that's a nice sentiment, from experience as both a worker and as a customer, that's a very bad method of resolving the issue.

It's a simple mistake and I don't blame any employees specifically, however from prior experience as a Freddy's supervisor, I know that this isn't up to the franchise standards. I would recommend a new process for storing drinks/custard, as well as ensuring that a member of management is regularly auditing orders being sent out to ensure accuracy. These issues could have been avoided with better training, management oversight, and fulfillment processes.

Got pickup order wrong on multiple counts. (Wrong concrete size, didn't put selected extras on one sandwich, got fries instead of onion rings with one combo.) Tough, barely warm skinny fries. Smashed messy sandwich. Melted concrete. Too expensive for underwhelming fast food.

We love Freddy's. They have the best burgers and fries. The custard is good as well. The service is always friendly and helpful.

Freddy's has one of my favorite hamburgers. It has a unique flavor that lingers on my taste buds and makes me want to go back for more.

I’ve gone here twice and ordered a veggie burger. Both times, they gave me an actual burger.

Vegetarian options: They always give the actual burgers when you order the veggie burger lol

Do NOT go to this location. First they don’t understand English. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers—one with ketchup only and the other one with no onions. What we got was with everything including onions and the other one with everything except onion with onions. The cost was over $16 and we didn’t get what we ordered. My advice—don’t go there. We had to throw the food away. Disgusting food, way over priced plus apparently they don’t understand what the customer ordered. I can’t say enough—just don’t go there. It was Sunday at 12:30 pm. No excuse for incompetency.

Ordered the #5.... nobody was attending the register. One person was sweeping the floor, and after watching me stand there for a while, he finally sat down his broom and took my order.

I made my fry order a cheese fry. When I got my order, the fries had cheese on them, but it was un-melted cold shredded cheese? That's not a cheese fry! The fries were also overcooked! They were so hard, the shards would occasionally poke the soft areas in my mouth... it was unpleasant! The burger was good until I hit the center where there was more sauce and jalapeño than sandwich!

I usually have a good experience at Freddy's... but this location is not very good!
