Pulled through drive-thru with no other cars in line, ordered 1 adult meal and 1 kids meal got to the window paid and waited for 10 min for our food only to find out the kids meal had NO FRIES AND NO TOY then in the adult meal the burger was all messed up-see pic! I called them to tell them about kids meal and all they said was they are out of toys and they are sorry about forgetting the fries then hung up on me!

Burger had too much mustard and they put it into a foil bag and so it sweats and the bun gets soggy very unsatisfactory my onion rings were packaged the same way and soggy too used to be my favorite not planning to go back in the future

Best fast food experience I had in a long time. Drive thru was quick and friendly. The staff here was amazing today and seemed in good spirits.

It takes a pretty bad experience for me to write a bad review. I'd say my most recent experience at this Freddy's qualifies. The employees have no social skills and are blatantly rude. I'm actually surprised a human willingly hired these people.

If I could rate it the service a zero I would for the managers Oh at least the other employees seem just fine. I’ve had my order messed up at least three times, but for this visit, I came in and got a large fry and a large shake extra caramel while I was grabbing my fries steak called from a shake to be done. I went to go grab it, and the guy that ordered after me thought it was his and grabbed it and it looked delicious like usual so they ended up having to remake both of our shakes for waiting an extra 10-15 minutes because of the mess up. I didn’t even say oh sorry for that screw up. I was in a hurry cause I was late getting back to work. I asked him for this extra caramel right they stated yes. Well it wasn’t and it was really thick. That’s how I know that it was an extra caramel because it would’ve been runnier Anyways Kyle the manager I talked to the next day I had my receipt. He stated that I should’ve called yesterday. I stated I work swing shifts. I was on my lunch. I couldn’t have called yesterday. He then stated he wasn’t going to remake it for goodness sake. He didn’t even apologize. He was treating me like I was some homeless guy off the street trying to get free stuff no offense to those who’s homeless Kyle, the manager was very rude and I wouldn’t recommend him being a manager for any buddy and I wouldn’t recommend anybody going to him

Terrible place to order food. We ordered food to go and the hamburgers were almost inedible. So salty that it hurt my lips. I do not recommend to go there. Its a waste of time and money. Also very expensive for how bad it tastes.
