This place is an okay place to get a burger. I have never understood the hype. Basic burger & fries with a pretty good milk shake. Never been worth the wait in my opinion. But i am always forced to eat here because the people in my life seem to not see it for what it reall is. Basic! This round was worst of all. After waiting what felt like a year to get our food. Opened my double burger to find 2 paddies of charcoaled meat meat and burt buns. It was dark outside and I was driving so I couldn't see it before I bit into it. 1 bite in. I spit it back into the bag and continued my drive home in disappointment. Just wish I would have gotten a Pic.

My daughter just loves In-N-Out, so perhaps I'm being a bit unfair on my review. I like their food, but...
I think that the beef patties are too small, so I will always get two on a burger in the future. The bun tends to fall apart rather quickly too. I like Animal Style, but it does make those well-done fries a bit too soggy. I think from now on I'm going to see if I can get them with the sauce on the side. Their service a pretty fast considering your getting everything made fresh, but I don't know if it is the number of people or what, but it just takes longer than most places. Try to go when the crowds aren't big and you'll have a better experience.
The place is always very clean, so I give it high marks, but it is so busy inside all the time that you usually have your table needing a good wipe-down because of have to grab a place to sit as soon as someone vacates, so they haven't had time to clean.
The staff is always very friendly. That's one thing that I really like. Helpful, friendly and usually attentive to their service.
The location of the drive thru line way around back at this location is... confusing, and it's usually very long. Parking is usually hard to find if you go when it's crowded.
I'm not trying to be hard, I like the place, but I'm just trying to give an informative review.

We had a mishap with a meal this evening and I had to speak to the manager. He came out quickly and addressed the situation with grace. Kaden refunded me my whole three dollars which seems like an annoying thing to do, (sorry Kaden) however i’m a brokie, i’m broke. And it meant a lot! Thanks Kadennnn

In-N-Out is usually my go-to for a reliably great meal, and the food was amazing as usual. However, I had a really strange experience during my recent visit. While we were eating, an employee came over and started sweeping, which is fine, but then she proceeded to sweep right under the chair I was sitting at! I was shocked. Anyone who's worked in the food industry knows that you don't disrupt customers while they're eating, especially not to sweep under them. It felt incredibly disrespectful. When I called her out on it, she just stared at me and kept sweeping. Seriously, how is that okay? It really put a damper on what would have otherwise been a perfect In-N-Out experience.

Second time at In-N-Out, Stacy was a gem with walking me through my order, and she was so friendly and upbeat. Food is pretty decent (more for my preference than quality), prices are great, and the wait time was all of 8 minutes.

I don't see any reason to ever eat here again. I gave the worker my order as she stood by my car and it was wrong after leaving with it. The double double had very little meat and lots of other things on it. The fries are unsalted and tasteless. Is that Shasta cola they serve because it was horrible.
