After multiple visits it appears the card reader is perpetually broken forcing customers to order from a kiosk with excessive marketing interruptions. Staff does not seem to know when it will be fixed. Will it ever be fixed or is this just a lie to force everyone into using the kiosk?

Unfortunate that they don't mark on the app when they're out of product and then are unable to issue a redund unless a manager is present. Not great customer service. It really drops the ball as we could of went to another location.

The front-line employees are awesome!!! However, I feel sorry for them. A lot of customers want hot food and the oven has been broken for over 1 month . It’s sad they have to deal with numerous disgruntled, irrational customers because the owners don’t fix their store’s oven. It creates a bod experience for all when that happens.

Was racially discriminated while simply giving smoothie order and once correcting the person who took order, they still continued with their rude racially motivated actions. Was so upset I just walked away, never have experienced something like that in my life.

Staff was friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. But my smoothie sat ready for 5+ minutes before anyone told me, and they didn’t even start my food until then. Four other orders were completed before mine with no communication. I tipped upfront but wish I hadn’t—would’ve preferred the option to tip after seeing the service

The building says open at 7 am, Google says open at 7 am. I showed up at 7:40 am, they were not open. Tried the door, knocked, and nothing. Big disappointment.

The young women that helped me was amazing and worked really hard all by herself. Wish I got her name before I left. Jamba juice just isn't that good atleast the one I tried(Caribbean passion), wish they offered samples so you could figure out what you liked before spending almost $10 on a beverage.

This particular location has seemed to noticeably degrade over the last several months and our last three visits have not gone well. It has become pretty inconsistent to the point where I think they are just skipping ingredients all together or are not actually paying attention to what is to be inside each drink, not really sure. Today’s final straw was being handed a cup so overfilled that the drink was spilling through the lid and down the sides with a straight face and my partners drink tasting like straight pineapple even though there historically it hasn’t tasted like that.

If I was able to give no star that will be my rating . I normally buy my strawberry chunk bowl from other Jamba Juice locations , it was my first time in this location and the product that they gave me was less than what normally is the bananas look nasty . The customer service is not even polite.
