This was a great experience. I was there like 10 minutes ago and the man was very kind to me, my wife, and sister. He made it feel like we were getting taken care of! Not to mention the juice was great!

The general manager helped me out quite a lot. They accidentally made more in my smoothie than what I needed, but they worked with me to get me a very simple smoothie. I have IBS so I just wanted strawberries and something with sugar in it. They don’t have coconut milk and they also gave me soy protein for free. Awesome!

Ordered 5 smoothies and one acai bowl for 6 of us. They left out one of the ingredients in four of the smoothies. It was the frozen yogurt, so instead of a creamy smoothie we got fruit juice Icees. Weird texture and the flavor was a bit off. We had them remake two. (The other two people were kind and just drank theirs.) My acai bowl was okay. I liked it less than other acai bowls I've had at other places, but it wasn't actually bad, just not great.

Came in earlier this week and let me say Molly’s service was extremely excellent in all areas of service. She was quick and responsive even had up a quick conversation with me, while no one else was helping her she did it in a timely manner and even cleaned the table for me so I just want to say she deserves a raise please.

Twice in a row, they did not blend it well. The first time they apologized for the issue, but they're still doing it. Manager was there both times and is letting entire melon ball sized fruit go out in smoothies. Also, why is it green? Aren't these mangos? That's very unripe.

I recently visited Jamba Juice, arriving just about 15 minutes before closing time. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly service from the staff, even though they were in the process of closing the store. The employee who assisted me was incredibly patient in taking my order and went the extra mile by suggesting some delicious toppings for my acai bowl.I was thoroughly impressed and pleased with the service at this location. The staff’s commitment to providing quality service, even close to closing time, demonstrates a remarkable dedication to customer satisfaction.
