Ordered at 5:55 and found out at 6:40 that they got an Uber for my food. I called to tell them I could pick it up, but the driver already took off, with multiple stops before me. Food wasn't expected to be delivered til 7:15. I canceled my order and drove to Carl's jr, for the win. Jimmy jihns freaky slow delivery

They never—and I mean NEVER—cut my sandwich in half. $5 tip, no tip, $3 tip, doesn’t matter, the sandwich is never cut. I’ve been picking up sandwiches for years and I can’t figure out why this simple instruction (an option you offer in your app) is always missed. I mean, this is a silly thing to write a review for but I’m seriously annoyed by this point. Haha.

I ordered a sandwich to be delivered, my office is 2 blocks from the store. 53 minutes later, still no sandwich. I called and the girl told me the driver had just gotten back. Huh? Did he stop and have my sandwich for lunch? Because I didn't have it..she said she would make another one and have him go out again, but that he had just left. Hmmm.... so I need to wait another hour? She then said they have another driver, he would bring it right over, it would be his first stop. Another half an hour later, I finally got my sandwich.....

I am an idiot and submitted a catering order for the wrong day! I called them the morning of with only an hour to spare and they took care of it for me and got us our order in time. And never made me feel bad for making the mistake in the first place. This is not the first time Jimmy John’s has saved the day for me!
