I have been getting the same sandwich from every Jimmy John's for years. Today they put crushed croutons all over it. They say I ordered them but I did not. They are very quick and I like the sandwiches but customer service is not great.
I make a point to drive past the closer Jimmy John's just to visit this particular location. For me, exceptional customer service is absolutely non-negotiable, and this branch consistently exceeds expectations. Kaden and Katlyn greet every customer with a smile and maintain a positive attitude, no matter the size of the order. Whether it's a large group meal or a quick single sandwich, they handle everything with the utmost professionalism. I am continually impressed and wouldn't be surprised if they're promoted to management soon. If you're looking for a standout experience, this Jimmy John's location surpasses all others in the area.

This is by far the best location!! I had a horrible experience when I stopped into the one on state street about 5600 south.That staff at fort Union are all awesome they’re super quick and everything is just so fresh and the bread is soft and just absolutely delicious!! I’m literally in this location no less than once a week but usually about 3 times a week.

Bought 2 sandwiches and 1 wrap. The sandwiches were fine, my son had the wrap they cut it in half and both pieces had long pieces of hair on them. I didn't know until later because he wasn't with me when he ate it, or I would have taken it back. The worker, Isabel, is what my receipt said was less than pleasant. She seemed kind of annoyed that we were there. I don't think I will be back.
