This is by far the best location!! I had a horrible experience when I stopped into the one on state street about 5600 south.That staff at fort Union are all awesome they’re super quick and everything is just so fresh and the bread is soft and just absolutely delicious!! I’m literally in this location no less than once a week but usually about 3 times a week.

Bought 2 sandwiches and 1 wrap. The sandwiches were fine, my son had the wrap they cut it in half and both pieces had long pieces of hair on them. I didn't know until later because he wasn't with me when he ate it, or I would have taken it back. The worker, Isabel, is what my receipt said was less than pleasant. She seemed kind of annoyed that we were there. I don't think I will be back.

Sandwich is always consistently good bread is fresh. Even during peak lunch hour we have never waited more than 5 min or so to get our sandwiches. Lobby gets pretty backed because the shop is so small and parking is full a lot.Parking: During peak times the lot gets pretty full
So our cashier was very sweet, but there was an older woman working who was being rude to our cashier and being very demeaning. We had an issue with one of our sandwiches and asked for a refund for the sandwich, but Brandi took care of our whole order. She was amazing and apologized for the problem.

Our experience started off pretty rough when the delivery driver walked into our backyard and started yelling for apartment A instead of knocking on front door like every other delivery drivers we've had with other restaurants. When I walked out my back door to greet her she yelled at me for not having an apartment letter by my door and that I needed to make my landlord put one up as if I could do that.With our food, we ordered a sweet tea which was unsweetened and just came with sugar packets (that might be a corporate decision though so that might be out of the store's hands), but what was worse is that the tea caused a burning taste in my mouth and my partner's mouth. I'm not sure if cleaning chemicals weren't properly washed out of the containers or what happened, but sweet tea should NEVER leave you with a burning taste in your mouth. To add even more insult to injury they didn't even cut our sandwiches like we requested. If something that simple is failed, I'm nervous to find out exactly what else is failed.

Im writing this review as I’m still waiting for my order. I only live about two minutes away and it’s been 45 minutes and counting. The site say “not too busy”. I’ld hate to be waiting if they were busy. This location is notoriously slow. Usually has 5-7 employees at any given time and maybe 3 customers inside. To much messing around going on all the time.
