The service was great. They are friendly and helpful! The restaurant was clean. My food was fresh and hot. Just okay, nothing to brag about! I feel they could add more meat to it. This shrinkfaltion is real.

Why is it that everytime I stop here they load my sandwich with mayo 😐 I got the #5 which specifically says no mayo on the board and I said no sauce! I despise mayo and it ruins my whole sandwich. Please pay better attention.

There was a whole glove in my dad’s sandwich! I wish we wouldn’t taken a photo but we were so grossed out we threw it away right after showing it to staff. At first they said it was just lettuce but then he pulled the entire glove out and they apologized and made us a new sandwich. Horrifying. They were polite in making a new one but the fillings in the rest of the sandwich were incredibly lacking.

I have ordered multiple times in the past to this Jimmy Johns as it is the closest to my work, and I have called multiple times to state that I am allergic to onions and to get fresh lettuce as the onions are right above the lettuce and cross contamination is a real thing. I called today and my order again had onions that I ate and resulting in a bad allergic reaction. Wish these guys would take food allergies more seriously..

I just moved next to this location and waited till I tried the restaurant 3 separate times before leaving this review. In all 3 of my visits the waits were unreasonably long, and for no reason. I would check and there was nobody in the lobby but the drive thru would take 15 minutes for one sandwich. Not sure why everything is so slow here, but compared to every other JJ I have tried in Utah this is has the worst wait times by far.
Been waiting in this drive thru for 20 minutes for my sandwich. Dudes completely forgot I was here.

They've never messed up my order and the gentleman in the drive thru tonight went and double checked that everything was in my bag after he went to hand it to me and said he couldn't feel my pasta in there, I appreciated that.

Sandwich was fine, pita and humas was inedible. The pita chips stunk so bad of stale expired product we couldn't eat it.
