The staff can't put a French dip in a bag correctly. The ajous was UPSIDE DOWN and we had to get a refund because the ENTIRE sandwich is soaking wet and soggy. we're ordering it again, paying ANOTHER delivery fee. We've ordered here so much and love it and now I don't trust it. It's such a basic thing. I used to work there. It's not hard. Be careful with things that have sauce, or soup. This is ridiculous!

I used to love this place, but it's gone downhill. I ordered French toast for breakfast and was given two end pieces that were so hard, that I couldn't finish eating them. I would have sent them back, but we were in a hurry.

I feel Kneaders has gone down hill fast. I ordered a chicken salad croissant and all I taste is lettuce because there is not enough actual chicken salad. Also the salad that comes with it they put the packaged dressing in the cup instead of filling it with lettuce. Very disappointing considering what they used to be

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to these guys (Mike specifically ) just stopped by and ordered some food. There were some issues with my method of payment and it was handled honestly quite amazingly. Enough so that I wanted to hop on and leave this review before I even left the drive-through, the world needs more people like Mike. I hope your kindness gets paid Forward at least tenfold. Cheers!

My coworker texted me and asked me if I wanted her to pick up breakfast for me at Kneaders, and suggested the pumpkin French toast! This was the best French toast I have ever had, and it was absolutely delicious! I had to put half of it in the fridge for tomorrow because the portion is huge! This is my new full favorite!

We had placed an online order which the store never received. It took them 20 minutes to even call a manager for this order. After, the manager approved the order and we had to sit and wait another 25 minutes for our take out order. 45 minutes is absolutely ridiculous for a couple sandwich’s. Don’t come here if you expect any service.
