This place is a mess. Manager obviously not doing their job. Out of almost everything 2 hours before closing. Lobby and dining area a mess. Staff doing cleaning procedures under our feet. Stacking rolled up rugs on booth tables. Not sanitary. Not happy at all. Choose a different location to dine.

I visited the Kneaders in Midvale on November 21 at 9:30 AM, and the service was disappointing. The attendant, Kevin was very unfriendly. The interaction was so uncomfortable that I almost canceled my order. This location really needs to improve its customer service.

I love fall/winter when it is time for the Broccoli and Cheese soup and their wonderful bread bowls! So today we stopped in for lunch and because it is Kneaders had to get a pie and cookie for later.
Well soup and bread bowl fantastic...out of this world great! Made me happy as a kid getting soup and bread bowl from her favorite grandma! Then the pumpkin pie...I was so excited but let down. No flavor! Didn't even finish it.
So on the drive home I thought I would have a bite of the gingerbread cookie. Now I don't like frosting on my gingerbread so I scrape it off and take my first bite. DISSATISFIED DISAPPOINTED DISPLEASED because it had no flavor. Can't taste the molasses, ginger or clove...it taste like a cheap grocery store cookie.
All in all I usually love Kneaders, but someone has changed something because the deserts are bland overpriced crap.
We were craving some desserts , and heard lots of good things about the place , hence I was excited, but honestly, the desserts were like anywhere else , nothing special , eclair was bland , almond croissant is bitter .. disappointing is how I could describe my experience, hope they can fix that soon

It really bothers me that I just paid almost $15 for 4 peanut butter bars that were so old the frosting was hard and the rest of it broke apart like a graham cracker. If I wasn't in a hurry I would have gone back. Obviously have been sitting there for FAR too long
