Friendly and fast service (thanks Mario!) and delicious food. I always judge a restaurant on how the do their chili relleno. La Frontera's was awesome.

This is my favorite quick mexican food around. It's a super good price the for the food. They have amazing tortillas.
Usually I end up with the enchiladas, or a street taco. Not the greatest place around, but still a frequent stop for me.

La Frontera never misses. They have the best Chile Colorado Burrito in town — rich, tender, and packed with flavor every single time. The service is always friendly and fast, and it’s one of those reliable spots you keep coming back to because they just get it right.
Highly recommend if you’re craving a solid, satisfying meal.

We have been going here regularly since 2004. Not always this location, but this location has been our go-to since it opened. It was my father-in-law's favorite for traditional mex and has become ours. The restaurant is light and modern and tastefully decorated and clean with a steady attentive staff. We always get the smothered chili verde burrito which is very popular. Best chili verde we've had anywhere!
My husband loves this place. But the food is much different then 20ish years ago. The smothered burritos use to be so good. Now the tortillas are different and its not the same.

The food was absolutely horrible. My grandmother ordered carnitas tacos, and most of the meat was burnt. My husband ordered nachos, and the meat was incredibly tough and inedible, with a bad, greasy taste. I ordered fajitas combinadas, and there were only three pieces of chicken and carne asada that tasted terrible—burnt and greasy. The beans tasted bad too. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend it at all.

This place is always awesome, the food is great. This is the hidden gem of Mexican restaurants. The Chile Verde corn enchiladas the best ever.

Food was excellent, service was great, but it's a bit too loud and busy if you were wanting a quiet and relaxing dinner take it to go.

Food was excellent as always. Even though I usually order the 2 smothered burritos w/ rice and beans, this time I ordered the large combination plate. My server, Mario, was kind enough to ask me if I wanted everything on one plate, or if I wanted it separated. So glad he asked because I like my taco and tostada separate so they don’t get soggy from the chile verde and enchilada sauce. I had never thought to request that before.

The owner seemed like she was there but overall said what I wanted and got told otherwise. Not understanding at all. Wouldn't recommend going here unless you want the wrong thing.

La Frontera is great, the Midvale location one of the best. Reliably the best Mexican food, and I've been going to the La Frontera since the early 1980s. Forty five years and counting, always great.
