I got a Flo's Filet. I thought I ordered a medium rare but got a medium well-done. I expressed my confusion but came to the conclusion that I must have misspoken. They wanted me to have a good experience so they brought me out another filet on the house! Longhorn is a great place to have some amazing steak!

Service was not good ! We went there around 7:30 or so on Tuesday not busy at all. After the foods were delivered and that’s it ! I made a couple of gestures to waitress to refill our drinks no luck not even once to come by to check on us ? I feel like we were just being ignored.

The 5 stars is for the food. For the price, you have one of the best bone-in ribeyes in Utah. I’ve eaten at the Midvale location many times. Service is usually good. I’ve had some horrible service there at times though. Our servers never checked on us. The steak was rare instead of medium rare, but that was only once out of at least 80+ times I’ve eaten there over the years that I wasn’t happy with the steak. My only suggestion is for the servers to please pay attention to details and us customers. Had one night where our waitress would go to the bar and talk about her personal issues with the bartender while we were ignored. Customers sitting next to us got up and left because they were tired of waiting for her. We at least stayed because I was in the mood for the outlaw ribeye. If not for that steak, I probably would give up on this location due to the service. However, most times the service is great! But it’s a hit n miss. When it’s a miss it’s frustrating. Some of the servers should get some training but a lot of it is just common sense.

Our only complaint is we have 2 members in the fam with diabetes. They put sugar on the Brussel sprouts. So not a good option and didn't know till after we ordered them. Other wise great place

My partner and I come here regularly, their Longhorn steak and salmon never disappoint! I always get the salmon, it's crispy on the outside, melt-in-your-mouth on the inside. Best place to get grilled salmon, IMO.
Their Chocolate Stampede haunts me in the best way.

Great dinning with comfort. Had to wait a while to place order afyrr seated bit after thst the experience was wonderful. Wait staff was above. Good . Never an empty glss and arretivevto our needs. A wonderful. Dinnong experience
