First walked in was rushed to order my food, got my two hamburgers, HAD NO ketchup or mustard on them, went up to the counter to ask for ketchup and mustard. And the manager , jessica just kept looking at me and kept walking back and forth , laughing with her employees not doing her job.

This location has gone downhill big time. They always miss something in your order, so someone doesn’t get all their meal and when it’s delivered, you can’t check the order at the store. Burgers and fries taste cold and stale and hardly any toppings on the burgers (like nonexistent), burnt buns etc. Food had to have been sitting there for a long time. I recommend going to the one on 7800 S. and Redwood Rd. It’s farther away, but food is way better quality and correct.

Drive thru worker on December 4th 2025 needs to quit his job if he’s so miserable. His attitude was trash and the line “give me a second please” after not saying anything like we were supposed to know he needed a second after a long pause of silence after we ordered. attitude was horrible, they have people working who barley speak a word of english. i asked for 4 mild salsa sauce and they gave me mayonnaise. when i addressed the issue they gave me mayonnaise again! and made me pay for “ extra “ sauce 😂 . this place is ridiculous slow and has horrible attitude. wouldnt recommend! the mcdonald's near fort union is much better

The Payson McDonald's really sucks. They never, EVER get our order right and we went to pick up our breakfast last weekend and they asked my husband to wait in the #1 spot where he sat for over 20 minutes. He said something to the manager when she came out and gave him our cold, gross food and she really didn't care at all. He won't go back there!
