I came here tonight and I ordered a Big Mac with no pickles and it says on the box no pickles but when I opened the box I seen a surprise sticking out of my hamburger 😠the French fries were hard asffff and the chicken nuggets were soggy and tasted burnt you can tell the oil needs to be changed but as I was waiting for my food I was sitting in the lobby and ooooo they gotta get someone out in the lobby to clean it the tables had food and straw wrappers all over it and the floor was disgusting but then again I always have problems at this location

Ordered an Oreo McFlurry, almost no Oreo in it and it was sprinkled on top, had to mix it myself. Drive thru employee sounded annoyed while taking my simple order.

Food came curbside 50 minutes after ordered. It came out barely warm, and the fries were cold. The place was nearly dead. There were 3 customers before me TOTAL. One dining in, I saw them as I came around. One in the drive thru as I passed. And one other person waiting at curbside that was there as I arrived and even they sat there for almost a half hour. To make it clear, I will wait for fresh food. I will wait for a busy place. I got here at a little before 3:30pm, and it's now 4:47. The sauce went into the bun making it soggy, the meat had gotten cold, and the fries were inedible. By the time the food had gotten to me, it wasn't what I'd call McDonald's standard. This specific McDonald's needs corporate to come in and fix the service.

They charged me for the mcnuggets I asked for but then gave me an extra fry?? and on closer inspection they charged me for the fry too! and there's also a mysterious $1 buy item and get another for $1, which I didn't ask for, nor did I recieve?
Avoid this location, the lobby and the parking lot is full of aggressive homeless they are probably under effects of drugs. Anyway be careful.
