I have been a loyal customer at this McDonald’s since 2017, typically visiting 3 to 4 times per week and spending $19 to $25 per visit. Over seven years, that represents nearly $30,000 in revenue and an estimated $4,500 to $6,000 in profit for this location.
Unfortunately, my recent experience was deeply disappointing. When the ordering system went down, I politely asked if my order could be taken manually. Instead of assistance, I was told, “Sir, that’s not my problem,” while coworkers laughed in the background. As a natural born woman, being misgendered and then mocked in front of others was unprofessional and disrespectful.
As a diabetic, I explained that I simply needed something small to hold me over and offered to pay cash for an apple pie, even without receiving change, because I needed a sugar-based product right away. Despite this, the staff refused to help, showing no courtesy or flexibility. A down system should never become the customer’s problem, and employees should be trained to take orders manually when necessary.
After driving from Herriman, I left feeling dismissed and disrespected despite years of loyalty to this establishment. I sincerely hope management addresses this behavior and reinforces the standards of professionalism and customer service that customers deserve.

I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Delga who helped me this weekend with my order. I’ve been trying to collect the Hello Kitty Kids Meal toys and Delga made it happen. She took the time to look through the boxes and find the one I needed! I’d come back anytime she’s working - she was very kind. This McDonald’s store was very clean inside snd was well kept. I don’t usually dine in, but made an exception - no disappointment at all! This location also has a play area for kids and there are wipes for them to sanitize as needed as well.
Great experience and will definitely be back!

This McDonald’s is the cleanest one I’ve been to! We visited on a busy Saturday and someone was always cleaning somewhere to stay on top of it. One of the kids accidentally spilled chocolate milk and a worker was so kind to quickly grab a rag to help out. There was even face painting by one of the workers on a Saturday?! So cool.

This McDonald’s is the most organized fast McDonald’s I have ever been to. We ordered on the app at a table. Not 40 sec later they came to our table with the food. The fries were fresh and the food was good. The worker then came to us and asked if he could get us waters. He brought waters 30 sec later.
