We had so much fun and a fabulous meal. Jaime was a terrific server and treated us like her good friends.

Ask for shredded parmesan cheese.
Our waitress, Torin, was absolutely lovely! The food was wonderful and the service was exemplary! Very much recommended for a small family like mine!

Had the most bizarre experience at Napoli's tonight. There was a noticeable tension from the moment we walked in, and the staff seemed stressed. I'm accustomed to waiting for good food so that wasn't my primary concern, but it left a lot of time to people watch.
The food, was okay. Service from our waitress was actually impressive considering how spread thin they seemed. Now that I think about it, I'm not sure I've ever seen the same server twice. I'm assuming poor staff leadership after the following event occurred.
What really left a bad taste in my mouth was this man (manager/owner maybe?) who put off an uncomfortable energy from the moment we made eye contact. As we were wrapping up getting ready to leave, I overheard him absolutely berating a young waitress. Nobody deserves to be spoken to like that.
We'll be taking our business elsewhere in the future.

I used to really enjoy coming to Napoli's, but our family is going to take a break. If you're looking for great Italian, Napoli's food may be worth visiting for, but don't expect much from the experience.
Something has changed at Napoli's, and it hasn't been for the better. I started coming here with my family for dinner back when it opened. The staff were very professional, the food was fresh, service was quick, and it felt like a wholesome Italian experience.
Lately, however, their quality has been slipping. The host staff is a little rough around the edges, the speed has slowed considerably, and the experience feels cheap and transactional. For how expensive the meal is, I'd expect more of a professional experience. The staff are dressed shabby, and the handheld electronic payment devices feel cheap and impersonal. If you're charging $30 per person, hand me a check in a leather folio -- don't stand over me as I tap on an electronic touch pad built more for a Chili's experience.
I hope the owners at Napoli take a closer look at the way they're running this place. They have an opportunity to take pride in what they do rather than turn into yet another cheap Italian option here in Sandy.

Prices are setting an expectation that the dishes did not quite deliver.
Calamari was nice, soft rolls (no bread crunch), dishes were hit or miss. We would need to try more dishes.
I tried their basic essentials and wife was suggested a dish. Yeah I know.. I never order staple American Italian dishes, but wanted to try their fettuccini Alfredo and chicken parm since I thought it was more fine dining. Sauces were both good! The cream was pronounced and not too buttery, no separation. Chicken parm and lasagna were basic and forgettable. The chicken was dry, chewy, and coating had no texture left, soggy.
Modo mio was decent but we agreed the pancetta smokiness was very pronounced that changed the brandy cream sauce. (I liked it more than her.)
The server broke my $100 bill so that my lowest tip would be 30%, I didn’t like that. I had some other bills on me.. so because of that I left him about 20%.
Music was great, loved that. Cool art deco booths. The decor seemed unfinished, like the walls had mismatched randomly placed things.
No alcohol license yet.
Give it a try and you may like it. I want business in Midvale to succeed. I hope this review is helpful.

The sauces on our pasta was like my rich homemade from scratch with butter and cream. The buttery garlic rolls with the balsamic dip was so good. They served the pasta with plenty of sauce.

We really like the Ogden location. We went to the Midvale location expecting the same experience. The food was great but the service was slow. After slow service for our table of 6 the baby was crying and we were ready to pay and get out. The check came back and we signed and left only to discover they automatically added 20% to the bill in addition to expecting more tip. This is pretty disappointing. Keep an eye on your bill because they're trying to double dip on tips here.

Tonight Makael was our server for our date night, first of all amazing service! We started with the calamari as our appetizer and it was delish. I ordered the Bolognese which was amazing and my husband had the Salmon. So much food for the price. You get complementary rolls and every dish comes with a side salad. You simply can’t leave this place with an empty stomach. Our server was on top of drink refills, answering our random questions and overall just made our first experience here amazing. We will be back.
