Probably the most accurate representation of Chilean food in Utah. I ordered the churrasco and while Holy Cow churrascos are bigger, this one matches it for taste and beats it for price. If you have any ties to Chile, Noemi’s will fulfill your expectations for sure.En fin. Que viva chile, que viva Gary Medel.

The lomo saltado was perfect. You can tell they know how to capture a perfect Peruvian dish.

Nice place. Most non-gringos came for Cazuelas. Husband and wife owners are Chilenos but also cook Peruvian. They were out of pastel de choclo. Cazuelas was OK. Prices were decent.

I have known Noemi for years, I know how hard she has been to fulfill her dream of this restaurant, I just congratulate her and those who collaborate with her to carry out her project. "If you don't have anything good to say, it's better not to say anything."

I regret this comment and I say this with the intention of improving things that are very easy to improve: Terrible presentation of the staff in front of the public. Chaos and dirt in general, 30 minutes for a complete and an empanada. Dirty floor, dirty counters, bags of trash piled up behind the ordering counter. Anyway, a very bad surprise. I hope they can improve these things since it is very special to have a “Chilean” Restaurant in Salt Lake.

Parking: Very accessible.

I can't say enough about this cute cafe hidden in the heart of Midvale Utah. First of all may I rave about the owner Noami. She is so unassuming, kind, humble, down to earth and gentle. She makes everyone feel like she loves them like her own family. She's a real gem. But I have to shout out loud about the food and the atmosphere. I felt right at home. It was clean, classic and yet has a Chilean flare that makes me feel like I flew to Chili for lunch. And wait, I haven't even mentioned the food. I tried the empanadas, ham and cheese and cheese, as well as the steak sandwich. I will never eat a hamburger again. I am coming to Naomi's for her steak sandwich. The best sandwich I have ever had. Go give this gem a try. Never had anything like it and I want more. Can't wait to try the whole menu, including her cakes and desserts. A shout out to the staff. Excellent service!!!

Let me tell you a tale... I am a born and raised Chilean who has lived in Utah for the last seven years. I have not been able to eat Chilean food in all those years, but let me tell you when I first bit into a Cheese empanada, I was teleported back to my homeland, I saw myself eating in Paseo Alameda, all my childhood memories rushing back to me while eating in my car. A truly Ratatouille moment. Not to mention he wonderful staff! After that night, I came back the next day with my wife, my brother, and my brother-in-law. We had a feast for lunch. I was able to bear witness as my brother experienced the same as I had the night before. After we ate, we had the chance to meet the chef and spent a half hour talking about the intricacies of bringing the Chilean flavor to Utah.Finding this restaurant really filled a hole in me that I had no idea was ever there. Thanks Noemi's Cafe and Catering!
