This place has gone downhill. It's sad because we would always eat here and now it's just not good anymore. The food came out super fast and the atmosphere was great. There was a lack of people and honestly I don't blame them for not coming. Hope they can go back to the old recipes or something because the food just instead good anymore.Dietary restrictions: They are great with gluten free allergys.

While the service was fantastic and fast, with an average casual fine dining atmosphere, the Pad Thai I ordered was absolutely horrible. It felt undercooked and there clearly was hardly any effort put into making it. I'm never choosing to eat at this Noodles and Co again.

Got my order taken by a kid with long purple hair (which I don't care about) but he was rude, he kept asking "is that it" in a rude tone, he didn't even give me my drink and left out the door. Then my food was delivered by a girl with black hair she basically throw on the table and said "enjoy your food" as she walked away. The music in the lobby is loud.

The person that took my order rang it up wrong and instead of just fixing it. She tried to blame me for misspeaking and said it was my fault she rang it up wrong. FYI the people behind me heard what I said and I ordered it

Walked in at 5:45 on a Wednesday night. Staff said hello and then proceeded to ignore us as we stood at the counter to order while they filled online orders. After 15 minutes we left. This is the second time something like this has happened when trying to dine in. Probably a decent location if you're ordering online.

so 2 things. 1, they ignored us for a good 10 minutes if not more for us just to order and after ordering we’ve been waiting for 20 minutes. still haven’t gotten the food.2, this guy scraped food into a bowl from off the metal counter and served it as he put pots and pans on the counter.

Just not good! Save yourself, go buy some pasta, cheese, basil, olive oil, tomatoes and google those ingredients along with the word recipe and make your own!!! Takes 15 min! So much better.

Noodles & company has just steadily gone downhill and it's a shame, used to love eating here. This was my second attempt ordering from this location since I live down the street but I won't be back after this. It was terrible both times. Japanese pan noodles had MAYBE one tiny spoonful of sauce. Got the parmesan crusted chicken instead of the regular grilled I asked for and it was extremely dry. I hate that I paid for such low quality food.

The noodles are pretty dry and it only came with 3 pieces of spinach haha i've had better locations than this one ! Also very little sauce and cheese, mostly just plain noodles.

I'm sad that noodles restaurants everywhere seem to be struggling because I used to love this chain but it feels like the food quality has gone downhill... I ordered in person for the first time in forever, usually use the app, and without realizing, the cashier charged for chicken breast on my dish and I'm vegetarian. I didn't ask for chicken, she didn't ask me confirm it on my order. I didn't notice until I got home and at that point it was too late, I just ate around it. Just make sure your front end people are confirming orders.
