The tea is just ok and the boba is too hard. They also run out of things occasionally. The last time my wife and I ordered the same drink with the same sweetness and ice levels. One was delicious and one felt like it has 0 sugar. We ended up just sharing the good one so quality control also seems to be lacking.

This is the worst boba I’ve ever had in my entire life. I specifically asked for extra boba, extra sweet, and lots of chocolate but the drink was made carelessly and tasted terrible. The boba tasted old and stale, completely disgusting. The worst part is that I paid almost $11, and in the end, I threw it away because it was just that bad.

The service was fine and the atmosphere also good; however, my creme brulee milk tea tasted very strongly of eggs and my fiance's earl grey milk tea had no milk in it. I've never felt the need to rate a milk tea place before. Disappointed.

the environment is good, the staff is really friendly and the bathroom clean, but the drinks were horrible. The brown sugar boba didn't have any brown sugar taste, and my thai tea lacked flavor and sweetness, and the boba was kind of soggy. the chocolate chip cookie was bomb tho. not in a rude way at all; but just looking out for people because i spend 20$ on bad boba.

Obsessed would be an understatement. This place has the highest quality tea I've ever had. They make their tea using an espresso machine, giving it the best flavor ever!!! I also love their pistachio and pumpkin seasonal menus! Not to mention their food is SO underrated. Those wings are incredible. Definitely give them a try!
