Food is great, but the medium is so spicy.šŸŒ¶ļø Service is basically non existent as you order at a kiosk. Over priced for a full combo of adding drink and fries to your dish.

The food was good, I liked the customizable spice levels, but unfortunately the ice machine and soda fountain were broken. There was not a sign saying that this was broken, so we purchased combo meals with drinks. No ice came out and the soda that did come out was unrefrigerated and flat. We went to the counter to let them know and they just confirmed that they already knew the machine was broken, and that we would just have to drink something without carbonation or ice. I asked for a refund for just the drinks and they said they could not do a refund. We ended up just throwing away the cups and taking our food to go. The employees were kind, but I think they should have atleast advised us against ordering drinks or offered a refund on a product they already knew was broken, yet we’re continuing to sell.

Food was ok, just tastes like barely warm Tyson chicken. The ice machine was broken with no sign or warning to prevent you from purchasing drinks, and everything coming out was flat with no possibility of a refund. The bathroom sink was some fancy garbage programmed to prevent proper hand washing, I'm sure to save water. One employee had a pretty gnarly man bun with no hairnet. Overall wasn't worth the $20 per person

The food was decent but the ice machine is broken and no sign indicating that. The coke was sugar water. A simple sign and someone like me would avoid buying coke or combo

My favorite place to get chicken sandwiches. I treat myself 2x a year since I live so far.
The chicken is always crispy on the outside and super tender inside. Their spice levels are legit, and the sandwiches are huge and packed with flavor. 😊

Service was amazing. I ordered wrong, my mistake, and she had no hesitation to make it better. Food is always fresh and a very large portion of chicken, which makes the semi-high prices worth it. The lady who helped me and served us was very kind. The only thing I would suggest is that the music isn’t so loud, it has been each time I’ve been here. And I could use some diet Dr Pepper lol. Other than that I love this place.

Today I tried out this restaurant and had their mild Chicken sandwich with everything. The chicken was large, super moist with a perfect crunch on the outside. The sauces (I tried all) were incredibly good. This is a must try!

Ordered the mild/sweet nuggets, and the Hot Behind chicken sandwich. The nuggets were a little too sweet for my liking but the hot behind chicken had good flavor with just enough spice. It was just spicy enough without being completely overwhelming and gross. If you don’t like spice, I would stay away from the HB, if you love spice, it’s just spicy enough. I will be back to try out the no spice mild flavor see how they compare.

I visited Pretty Bird Hot Chicken in Midvale last night. I had seen the owner/chef Viet Pham on a few cooking shows and I took my son there to try it out. We were the only patrons about 6:00 at night just before they got busy. We ordered from a very nice energetic guy and the kiosk. The food was brought out to us about 3 minutes later, I was expecting at the prices and fast casual to wait for it to be cooked fresh. The atmosphere is great, the place was well stocked and clean, good music. The food had great flavor the fries were fresh and crispy but the chicken itself was cold and kind of dry from it being not fresh. I was very disappointed in that aspect of our visit and I hope to return and try one more time.

It's the best tasting chicken sandwich in Utah, but it's also the most expensive.
