Music was a little too loud for easy conversation, it's super expensive and but the food is pretty good. The staff is spectacular!

Not a fan, won't go back. I ordered the chicken sandwich which is huge, but my very first bite contained either a joint or large 1 inch piece of cartilage, not meat. This was connected to what I would guess is the inferior "rib meat" that I usually cut off a chicken breast when cooking. It did not appear to be white meat, which is what I expect in a chicken sandwich. I was grossed out the rest of the meal and only ate the meat I could identify as white meat. BARF. $17 for that garbage.

Food is way over priced for something you could get in a drive through. If i'm going to pay that much for chicken, i want the entire sit in dining location. Not someplace that looks like a McDonald's with no atmosphere of wanting people to stay and enjoy their food.

I ate some chicken here, got hot, they weren’t lying… the chicken was not that fresh anymore and it seemed as if it was drowned in red pepper flakes. A little underwhelming but I never leave a bad review. Maybe it was on me for getting hot and coming at the wrong time

Pretty Bird shouldn’t make food.

This place is actually an alien HQ, it’s like they tried to mimic what they think humans eat.

The only reason I give 2 not 1 stars is because I didn’t throw up when I ate here. And the girl was nice.

Staff was super friendly and took time to explain the menu and even offered to replace our food if we didn't like what we ordered. The food was decent, but nothing amazing. The dining area was small, and the seats were extremely uncomfortable. It had a boring appearance to how it was decorated.

This place is tiny and unbelievably noisy on a busier day. The seating is tight and uncomfortable and the bathrooms are single-stall. Certainly not a dine-in restaurant.

On top of that, I had to have my chicken sandwich remade, which was still sub-par, because it had disgusting gigantic gobs of fat the size of dice inside of it. The chicken fingers were fine, so why they use inexplicably awful cuts of meat specifically for the sandwiches and nothing else is beyond me. Perhaps they think they can hide the cheaper, less appetizing meat underneath a bun.

Canes is less expensive and far better overall. Will not be returning here.

Not a bang for your buck, 5 piece chicken is like kids meal, chicken was also dry and nothing crazy about flavor however i selected no spice. Fries cost extra?
Pretty bird sauce was fry sauce but lighter and mildly spicy it was okay.

Not very impressed with the food. The chicken Sandy was large but not much flavor. They offer choices of heat levels. Not knowing how they define mild, medium, hot, and hot behind, I chose medium. I'm not a stranger to heat but the medium would be better classified as hot.

The chicken wasn't as juicy or tender as expected. The elote salad was lackluster. With the market saturated with chicken restaurants, I expected to be wowed.
