I have never eaten at this location, but the experience was really disappointing. I stopped there today and waited almost 30 minutes before I got my order. There were three people working and the poor girl at the counter was working harder than anyone else.
I ordered the three piece and got exactly what I ordered. Hence the two stars. Thanks for preparing the right thing. However, the wait was unacceptable and the chicken was not worth almost 20 dollars.
The breading on the chicken seems to be overused. It was granular, was falling off the chicken when i picked it up and wasn't crispy, just a slightly crispy grainy mush around the strips. Maybe the cook didn't let the chicken drip enough before putting it in the flower, i'm not sure. But I won't be spending my hard earned money there again. WinCo would have been just as good or better for half the price.
Overpriced junk

The chicken and the bun were amazing. The beef tallow vs vegetable oil debate made me curious. I could barely taste the tallow. Not worth the saturated fats for someone with blue-collar tastes like me.
